We always purchase a pistachios shake, yet the worst we tried is from this branch. So watery, flavorless… Simply horrible! We came back and they tried to «fix it».

Located close to house. Don’t think I would drive out of my way to come here. Shares small parking lot with other businesses. All the times I have been there was only one person working. But it has never been busy. Service was ok and the ice cream was good. They do have seasonal flavors so there is always something different to try.

Been coming since I was a little kid and its stayed the same. Nothing has changed about this Baskin Robbins. Sure it’s pricey for ice cream, I mean, compared to Thrifty’s it is but it’s worth it once and awhile. May favorite combination is a double of Jamoca Almond Fudge and Chocolate Chip. Their ice cream is creamy and tasteful. The downside is that I wish they gave more for the price, but they don’t. Regardless, it’s good to pay a little extra for ice cream if you want nice and creamy scoops.

1 star for the crappy service. The young lady working looked as if she hated her job and would rather be anywhere else. She barely said anything to us and didn’t even respond when I told her thank you after paying. No smiles and very unfriendly.

Small parking that is shared with a liquor store and something else. There was a homeless man sleeping mid mall from the front door, never seen that in Lakewood. Anyhow, tables needed a nice wiping but staff and ice cream were on point.

A year ago I bought an ice cream cake for my son and the ice cream tasted fine, just like any ice cream, but the cake was old, dry out and crumbled when we cut into it. I called to complain but the manager didn’t seem too concerned. About three weeks ago I bought another one for the same occasion and the exact thing happened. I shouldn’t have bought a second one but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I will never buy another cake at this location again. I called to complain but someone there said the manager will call back but never did. They don’t seem to care about their customers’ satisfaction.

This was the worst baskin-robbins I’ve ever been in. There was only one worker there and she was such a crab apple. My friend and I walked in and it took her awhile to acknowledge us. Matter of fact we had to say hi for her to turn around. Her attitude represented a person who hate their job. Very unfriendly, no smiles. I will never return to this location. The lady had no name tag but a very long blonde ponytail.

You can really only ask one thing of your ice cream — don’t taste freezer burnt. That’s all I asked. Well, that’s didn’t work out for me. This ice cream was simply bad. And for the price, that is unacceptable. But here is the real kicker — we all know what our favorite ice cream taste like. The chocolate ice cream used for the various flavors all has a different ‘nature’. I am a chocolate/peanut butter girl. But I swear to you — this was NOT the BR chocolate ice cream used in their standard mix. I swear to you — this establishment has mixed ice creams and is selling it as the original flavor. I KNOW brownie chocolate when I taste it… NOT the same. And there was little if any peanut butter in it. TOO much money for quality and serving. You are better off a Yogurtland or Albertsons diary section.

Horrible service! The young lady was very rude! They did not have banana splits or brownies. She kept telling me she was alone and had no time to get it. I will not come back here again!

I think that the only thing that really changes in each of these locations in the size and the people that work there. This location has all the great ice cream, cakes, soft serve, shakes, and coffee that you would expect from Baskin Robbins. It is, however, extremely small. Five or six people waiting to get ice cream means that the place is packed. There are only eight chairs in the whole place and it’s set up for no more than three groups of people. There are a couple of chairs outside, but they are just on the sidewalk(it’s not an actual space to eat outside they just have some chairs(and a table?) out there). The people that work here are nice, friendly, and very patient. I generally come in here and the place is crowded, but the line goes fast.

Service was terrible! After waiting for the people in front of us to finally figure out what they wanted we where finally helped. She ended up making the completely wrong shake. After we finally got the right one it was the worst shake ever. They use way to much milk and the«Chips» in a mint and chip shake were more like tiny specks. I don’t know if all Baskin-Robbins are like this but we will find a better place. And no, we weren’t even offered the mistaken shake. I guess it went in the garbage or the employee had a free-be.

Trying to get here while going west-bound on Del Amo? Easy-peasy…-ish. Trying to get here while going east-bound on Del Amo? Just make a right turn at Los Coyotes Diagonal for the Baskin Robbins there and never come back. Parking, honestly, sucks. Very few spaces for the number of businesses in the area, but I’ve never seen the center super busy before, so you’ll probably still be able to get parking one way or another. Bf wanted ice cream, and it was either BR or Coldstone’s. We decided on the cheaper of the two, but, geez, weshould’ve just gone to Albertson’s and get pints… Parking lot is all cracked and gravel is coming out like bad kidney stones. If the landlord can’t even upkeep his own property, I can only imagine how much the storeowners care about their stores. You know those psychology research theories that state that the more that someone deals with in order to achieve a goal, the more worth it they believe the goal is, versus someone who is just handed the goal/reward? Yeah, doesn’t apply here. Bf and I first had to play Frogger to get into the center, which already took years off my life. While going to the store, there was a huge puddle. I think the store was mopping or cleaning, but their only doorway now had a huge puddle and I was wearing sandals because, duh, it’s summer. And, fantastically, AROUND the puddle were thousands of ants, scrambling around with their eggs and food. Once again, I’m in sandals. So, I ford the lake, hoping my oxen(sandals/feet) won’t drown, and get into the store where a nice«wet floor» sign greets us. Now, as if the«wet floor» sign wasn’t the ‘symbology’ of them cleaning/sanitizing the store, it was the sour, acidic smell that slapped you across the face where you’d automatically wrinkle your nose into a «BLEHHHH» face. Now, I’m no bloodhound, but I am a little sensitive to smells, so I had to force my involuntary nosewrinkling back to a somewhat normal non-wrinkled position. I probably looked like a constipated bat to the employee who was helping us. When you first walk in, you’ll notice that it’s kind of small. There is a seating area on the left side, but the tables/chairs are super old, and I don’t know how often the tables/chairs are cleaned. Area is VERY cramped, and you’ll likely be sitting uncomfortably close to strangers if you decide to eat in. Only good thing about the store is the service was pretty cool. The bf and I both ordered what we wanted, I paid, no problem. They seem to be starting a rewards program, so that’s kind of cool. Sat down, but couldn’t enjoy the ice cream. I’m sure it was fine, but the sanitizer/cleaning liquid that they used to clean the store was just way too strong. And, if you didn’t know, your nose and mouth are connected. Any smells basically enhances(or de-hances) what you are eating. That’s why, when you’re sick, foods all taste very bland because you can’t smell it through that stuffy nose. Science, bitch. But, yes, for the most part, I could almost not taste my ice cream. =/Bf finished his with almost no problem. Overall, probably won’t come here again. I have a Baskin Robbins closer to my place, so we’ll probably go out there. Oh, and, yes, had to ford out of the lake again and through the army of ants to get back to the car. =( This place’s service was pretty good, though!

Have to give this store a 1 Star for not participating in the company’s promotions. Have a coupon? No way. Nwewspaper ad for a «summer special» on a cake? Don’t even think of it. Won’t work. They are helpful, though, in sending you to a competing store down the street.

Yesterday was 31 cent ice cream scoop day!!! So, I got myself some mint chocolate chip. I love me some cheap ice cream! I usually only go to this place to buy the pints but I haven’t been in a long time. If I want ice cream I usually end up at Rite Aid because it’s so cheap. The ice cream here is great, there are some cute girls working the counter, what can I say, it’s ice cream people… it’s a fat persons nirvana.
