They no longer carry the large selection of prints. When I asked about it I was belittled. I then called the Lakewood store to see if they still had a large selection of prints. Was told ‘oh yes, of course!’ Drove all the way there to find maybe 20 & which ½ of them were Justin Bieber. I’ve spent a lot of time & $$ at Michael’s. After this experience I went to Hobby Lobby for the 1st time and LOVED it & I’ll never be a customer of Michael’s again.

I love this store. I get mostly all of my scrap booking supplies here and all of my home floral arrangements here. The lady in floral, Margaret, is always really friendly, super sweet and helpful.
The store is well organized, every aisle marked with what it contains. Very clean and lots of parking.

I always find what I am looking for! I usually get a coupon with each purchase, they always honor my «retail me not» coupon and I am always up for a great deal on supplies to keep my crafty kids busy!

I found this Michaels to be well stocked and easy to navigate. At one point, I needed a customer service rep and turned it into a game — find the rep. My game didn’t last long… and the rep was courteous and extremely helpful. As usual, I walked in needing 1 thing and walked out with 10 things. Thank you Michaels! I would absolutely come to this establishment again.

Horrible customer service. No recognition. No «Hello» or anything! I was literally walking after the only 2 people helping to ask a question. Took 30 minutes to finally get some help. I came for 4 things and they said go to JoAnn’s. How sad. On top of that one of the workers did not want to help she was smart and quick to answer and no help. Dont get help from Karin.
