I was the top performing sales person in the company, won two sales contests, which prizes I never received. Commissions for the months I am owed have not been paid either. This is a HORRIBLECOMPANY I would never recommend Sprint service to anyone let ALONE a job opportunity. Mark Bleeks is the guy in charge that thinks he’s a boss and can keep money that’s owed to others. Fuck you Mark Fagboy Bleeks. You know exactly who I am and you’re a greedy piece of shit that sucks at his job. hence why his way of making money is to. Step 1. Hire a studly sales person. Step2. Not pay them and keep it for myself and buy lube for buttfucking.

If I could I would give zero stars. I have been a Sprint customer for over 10 years and this store is why I will never buy a phone from a retail store again. They take advantage of people and they quote Sprint corporate policy when they want to get out of having to remedy a mistake they made. In the same breath they tell you that they aren’t a Sprint-owned corporate store so they can help you out with prices of things like Otterbox cases, etc. I will never go to this store again and I will be telling everyone I know to never buy from this store.

Convienient to our house and right in the middle of Lakewood, this Sprint store can help you out with all the basics — paying a bill, switching service, upgrading your phone, etc. Since it is a contracted store(i.e. not a Sprint-owned corporate store), there are some limitations to what they can do and for some things there are fees where at a ‘real’ Sprint store there wouldn’t be. For example, I wanted to change my phone number on my existing Sprint account — they can do it at this store for $ 14 but at the corporate store(closest one out on Lorain in North Olmstead) they would do it for free. I hate this stupid nickel and dime crap but hey, at least the guy I talked to was a good dude. He didn’t have to tell me that I could do it for free elsewhere — could have just taken my 14 bucks. Also, if you have issues with your online Sprint account or other specific account stuff, a lot of times you’ll have to go out to the corporate store as well. Overall, I’ve had good experiences at this store and since it is super convenient for me — it gets 4 stars. But if you’ve got anything kind of complicated or regarding your bill or online account, I’d call first to make sure you aren’t wasting a trip or just head out to the North Olmstead store.
