This is not a Verizon store, it is an independently owned third party retailer.
I upgraded to the new iPhone 6 on 10÷8÷14. Due to a computer error, my card was charged six times. This resulted in $ 1,733.75 overcharge.
The store claims they cannot refund the transaction because their system shows only the final approved transaction. Verizon cannot refund the money because the transaction did not take place in the Verizon system. I’ve disputed the transactions with my bank, but they have an investigation period. In the mean time I’m out the cash.
