Cold, terrible food and slow service. I won’t be going back there. No surprise that it was empty on a weekend afternoon.

This place is expensive to eat at and also I had trouble with the staff.
Placed a phone order in advance for a specific pickup time.
When I got there, the cashier had no idea of the order and asked me to call the other location. In between my sentences she’s literally yelling across the restaurant to other wait staff. She found the order written on a piece of paper and had to keep leaving the counter to ask someone how to enter the different items.
Then she and the manager tell me that my wing order increments had to be 20 and not 25. (I ordered with someone on the phone based on what that girl told me). I told them fine, increments of 20 are fine. So they cut down the order. And not to mention, the order wasn’t even ready when I got there so I waited there literally a half hour while they cooked my order that I placed 24 hours in advance.
Also in the middle of a sentence the girl picks up the phone…
Service is quite lacking at the pickup counter.
They at least bid me farewell very politely.
Looks like I’ll be placing Christmas food orders elsewhere.

This is the only Buffalo Wild Wings I know that delivers speedy service with great quality food. Customer service was great. Very clean place. I enjoyed my time here

Been to many bdubs and this was by far the most unorganized I have ever seen a staff at any restaurants.

Food is fine but prices are exorbitant. My bf and I joke that some rather nicer restaurants are cheaper than bww’s. But it’s true. We had a steak and salmon dinner at a nicer place in crown point and it was cheaper than bww’s. For wings, a side, a few beers each DAMN the bill is like 70 to 80 bucks appetizer depending. I mean really? I like the food but the prices are too much for a chicken wing and beer joint.

Only two stars because the manager attempted to come around and address us. The waitress we had was terrible I had my little girls with me and she didn’t even try to fake an up beat personality. It was as if she was there against her will. I can be patient and wait for my food I understand things happen but her people skills are terrible. They are very unprofessional displaying there attitudes towards work or personal reasons to the guest. I will not be returning to this location and my boneless wings were terrible they were fried to hard. This place use to be awesome never again.

one of my favorite buffalo wild wings to go to, unlike others they are not cheap with their sauces. They are very well drenched just how I like them. their onion rings and fries with cheese are delicious. i love dining in here to watch sports and hang with friends. but i must say when it is not packed at all the service here can be slow at times.

I ordered the bone-​in wings… and they were tasteless. Will not order it again. However, the boneless chicken is always good.

Those 2 stars are only for the food and drinks. I’ve been to this location several times and almost every time the service has been awful. Slow, rude, mistake after mistake. I’m done with this place.

This place has terrible service. Twice it has happened. Once we waited 45 min for our food and when it came out the waitress dropped out tray all they did was take out drinks off the order and 3 out of 6 of us were drinking water. Another time the waitress never brought my food and when the manager came she said to fill out the survey on the receipt when I went to do it it had already been done by someone so I couldn’t. My guess is the manager did it. This place is a joke!

They were under staffed or something. Are waitress was running around. Never got any refills, had to ask 3x for each thing. I’m wondering if they had any management at all.

I definitely prefer coming here than the Schererville location, even though it’s a bit smaller and not as many TVs. At least the clientele is a lot less backwoods and our server was perky and attentive.

Ordered over the phone since I work at a nearby establishment. Asked for a Chicken Chopped Salad. Girl who took my order said she never heard of it and I must want the Honey Barbeque Salad. I said, sure… who knew, maybe I was wrong? Get there to pick up food and what’s right on the menu, in front of my face? The Chicken Chopped Salad! I pointed it out and the girl acted like she didn’t hear me. Meanwhile I take my salad back to work where I discover it is the worst salad I ever spent $$ on. No dressing, minimal chicken and the lettuce was extremely wilted. Not to mention it says it comes with pico… guess their idea of pico is old tomatoes, nothing more.
Definitely not ordering from there again. Don’t waste your time… go to Wingstop instead.

On 12÷1÷2013 I called in to order the Lansing, IL location as usual, destiny answered but then it was all downhill from that moment. She was rude and acted as if I was troubling her, while I was ordering she interrupted me and asked me «Is that it?». After two items I decided to speak to the manager, she initially didn’t want me to speak to the manager and would not transfer the call.
After a few moments I spoke to the manager «Rakiya» and she was not much help. She didn’t even want to listen to whet happened during my order, she asked me «Did you get to order?». She didn’t want to hear the complaint, maybe she had other important work than doing her job.
I have been going to this location since they opened but after this incident and other from this location has stopped me. If you feel like going here your better of having someone slap you and you pay them, that pretty much sums up the service you will get.

Came after church yesterday with my god mother and brother we got there ordered our food took over an hour and a half for our food to come when we asked to see the manager he told us that the reason it took so long was because of a football game. I’m thinking in my mind that’s no excuse. My brother ordered a lime aid and the waitress didn’t tell us there was no free refills after he had two. We work for the archdiocese of Chicago and we were planning on brining our young adult group there, but after that crappy service they can forget about it but then at the end management gave us $ 5 off our bill that was still a little pricy and not to mention they got the order wrong.

This place has terrible service. I typically like BWW, but this has to be the worst one I have ever been in. I’ve given them several chances but they clearly aren’t taking customer feedback seriously because they never improve.
My last experience involved walking in and waiting a while to be seated. Finally a girl comes over and seats us, but acts like she is annoyed she had to do her job. The dining room was mostly empty but it seemed like the tables that were full were waiting for service. We waited 10 minutes. No service. We looked around hoping to find someone and this is what we saw:
–Two servers standing at the front counter talking. They looked like they were griping. We kept staring at them hoping to get their attention. They looked over at us and then it got worst. They pulled out a bag of food and started eating. Right there in the dining room! Finally one of the server sets down the food and walks over to a table taking their drink order while still chewing.
–Another server standing at the host stand writing, coloring? Who knows what he was doing on that paper but he certainly wasn’t doing his job.
–Several servers walking by… slowly…avoiding eye contact.
Not a single «I will be with you in a moment». Nothing. So now it’s been 15 minutes and we haven’t been acknowledged. We get up to leave and pass the sloppy server eating. The guy at the host stand says «Have a good night». My fiancé says «You know we never got served?» He looks down.
Are there not managers working there? I guess they don’t care. No wonder their dining room was empty on a big football night.

Horrible service!!! My family and I attempted to go here tonight. When we step into the restaurant there is no host at the front door. We think nothing of it, rather than it’s a busy Friday night and they may be seating people. Time passes and we’re just standing there as waitress after waitress walks past us with no word or acknowledgement whatsoever. TEN minutes past!!! My mom and I wanted to leave, but my sister (a restaurant manager at a different manager) was being simpathetic I suppose. Finally, I see what appears to be the manager emerge from the kitchen. She sees us waiting and without a word walks straight to the bathroom. She comes out with another employee holding cleaning supplies. The manager FINALLY comes to the front and simply asks if we’ve been helped. She doesn’t apologize for the wait at all. I ask her «Is there a reason why there is no host up here on a Friday night?» Her response was «She was cleaning the bathroom». No emotion, no feeling of remorse, because they don’t care!
Once we’ve finally been seated, we still wait for a waitress. When she finally comes to take our drink order my 46 year old mother attempts to order a magarita and is asked for an ID. My mom left it in the car, but didn’t think anything of it because she clearly looks over 21 and is never carded. The waitress tells us my mom would have to go get it, mind you it’s raining! We ask her why, what happened to the «Under 30» rule. The waitress says it’s strict BBW policy. Regardless if their idiotic policy is correct, which means they would also card 65 years olds… if they’re so strict about that, why can’t they be strict about proper customer service??? Horrible service and we will never be back!!!

I think I need to actually ‘dine-​in’, to receive the full effect of this particular BWW.
My wings were (slightly) warm, to the point they were almost cold. However, I had a carry-​out order. So, I don’t know if that had something to do with it. Maybe I waited to long to pick up my wings… I don’t know. *shrug*
My wings were decent though… once I re-​warmed them. Lol.

The store has changed a lot over the last few months. Service is decent, over all sports experience not all that. Taking away that makes some customers veer away. Including not having any more drink/​beer specials. Wing specials not the same changing the prices and times (Tuesday) wing specials only until 8pm. Beer prices going up.
My last two visits in the last couple weeks have been disappointing. Waiting for our food order for over 40 minutes, no manager stopped at the table to fix the situation. Again a couple weeks later waiting over 30 minutes for a burger and a sandwich. Not acceptable. A manager did not approach the table, until I informed the server that we were upset about the situation. For us to wait 30 minutes for our food and to almost leave for her to only take off $ 5 for the issues and not apologize.
