Absolute Dental

Every 6 months I look forward to going to the dentist to get my teeth cleaned and this particular experience was extremely disappointing. I waited longer in two different chairs, due to a burnt out light, than either of the 3 people that spent time with me. One being the X-​ray tech, then a dentist, then a male hygienist. Not one of those 3 professionals introduced themselves to me. The hygienist didn’t do a thorough job as he rushed through using an ultrasonic instrument and kept hitting the edges of my teeth until I got to a point where I couldn’t take it anymore. He had to stop and resort to a polishing tool. I’ve never had anyone be that much in a hurry and careless. I was forced to go to an Absolute Dental due to insurance reasons. I won’t be going back. The lack of interest, care and concern was real and very disappointing.

Without going into lots of details I would highly recommend you do NOT see this dentist. Absolute nightmare! I spent countless hours in his chair and it was a disaster, I had to go to another dentist to get my teeth fixed.

My wife went for a cleaning. They said she needed a deep cleaning and would not do a regular cleaning. We paid $ 95 for a Smile Save plan. A week later, she saw another dentist who cleaned her teeth saying that in no way did she need a deep cleaning.
I’ve asked for a refund and disputed the charge. I feel like they were trying to rip us off with the deep cleaning.

The dentist is wonderful. He has a very gentle touch. However, stay away if you have chemical sensitivities! They use a lot of scents and are unwilling to work with those who are sensitive to chemicals. The office staff told me they have to use strong scents or the place smells like food. I was really disappointed that they were unwilling to work with me by not using them when I would come in for an appointment.

Absolute dental? Absolute nightmare! This is a place that you want to avoid at all costs. I had been going to a dentist all my life! This place is a trailer trash of all dental service providers! When you go to a dentist, you normally get a cleaning, period! You do not have to come back another time because they do not have a dental hygienist on your scheduled appointment. Really! Then why did you schedule me that day? You wait and wait and wait-​then you noticed there is really no patient in there!!! Boy!!! I thought they were busy as hell! But no one was in any of their dental stalls!!! Is that a ploy to rake in more money so they can charge your insurance again when you come in for your next appointment??? This is a fly by night outfit from the way they do business! Avoid this dental provider!!! They are a bunch of scammers!!!
