A great place for tortilla soup. On cinco de mayo the block is of the hook with festivities. Its the kind of place you can bring the family to or have a private dinning. Classy and rustic with great food, pretty authentic.

Grrr, I have mixed feelings about this place. The food is great, the service is usually good, but they always always get something wrong with my order. Tonight it was bringing my order without the avocado that comes with it. Then charging me for it when I asked for it. They fixed it, but really? Every time? Also, HEAT UP YOUR BEANS. Geez.

My favorite Mexican sit down restaurant! Love the chips and salsa and anything I’ve had there. Excellent service!

This place has been on my radar for awhile. And sad to say but was disappointed. Atmosphere is amazing but everything in between fell through; menus with food still on it, slow service. It almost seemed as there was 1 server for the whole restaurant. I was craving the Mexican corn. Now I’ve had this before, not here, but I was familiar with the taste. The corn arrived and looked amazing however the corn tasted as if it was sitting in a pot of boiling water. It was soggy and very watery.
The entrees were okay. I didn’t order it but had a bite of the grilled shrimp cheese taco which is a must! Unfortunately I’m one of the few that will say I probably won’t be returning. Not my favorite for Mexican food.

Well, where do I begin! I saw this restaurant pop up on my Instagram feed, so I figured I’d check it out when I got into town. Of course I was a little hesitant because good authentic Mexican food is hard to come by. Anyway, the first thing that caught my eye when we pulled up was people were already lined up waiting for tables outside (presumably). Must me common place for a Friday evening about 7pm. Once we parked and got in, I think we waited maybe 30 minutes. During the wait, we took the opportunity to look at the pictures on Unilocal,so we had a pretty good idea of what we wanted. I recommend you doing so as well because the menu has a lot to choose from and it all looks good. Once we were seated, Luciano greeted us and took our orders. We shared the guacamole with crab and shrimp (minus the spicy, but still a bit spicy) and the quesatacos! Both we delicious. Authentic flavors and everything. By the way, the chips and salsa were great too. We actually over indulged in the chips and salsa, so we barely touched the guacamole. Don’t get too full on the chips and salsa, you’ll miss out on the food! Overall, great place. I’d recommend it and definitely done here again!

We only went there once and sat at the bar for chips and margaritas, which were both very good. The place was busy and their plates looked good.

We just love this place. My equestrian peeps and I feel quite at home. The closest thing to CHEERS this side of the Mississippi and the mason Dixon. Tara with no H because H’s are ew and Tyler bring it no other. But don’t take my word BC stealing is illegal, come find out for yourself.

Place is open until later hours wich is a great choice for late dinner!

I’m lovin this place. came here as a recommendation from a close friend and man I was happy I went. First time was with family and the 2^nd time for happy hour appetizers. The service staff has always been so sweet and kind. Very attentive and are right on time to fill up our drinks. Never an attitude about getting more chips and three dips, as well. Unlike other places. Food is reasonably priced and AWESOME. I’m also happy with the atmosphere, lightly dimmed and not too loud. We are able to talk at our table to each other and not have to yell. ;)
I will continue to go back and look forward to the great food and service!

This place is definitely a neighborhood favorite! I came here with my family around 4:30 on a Friday… before the dinner rush. The service was a little slow, but we definitely come here for the excellent food. We had to ask a couple times to refill our waters or grab a box for our leftovers. However, each dish was amazing. I ordered two shrimp tacos. They had a creamy chipotle sauce on them that made it delish! My father ordered the queso tacos & said they were absolutely great! For appetizers, we tried the shrimp ceviche and elote de crème. The corn was absolutely amazing. A critique for the ceviche would be maybe a little more spice or lime. it just seemed like it was missing something. The price is a little higher than most places around this area. But if you’re looking for great Mexican food, this place does not fall short!

I just adorable this place. Hands down one of the best places for their rib eye tacos. I usually get al a carte cooked to your liking it’s delicious and you could thank me later. You really can’t go with their menu. I’ve also tried the sopa de consomé (chicken and rice broth soup with onions, cilantro and jalapeños on the side with a mini quesadilla made with fresh cheese) I give it two thumbs up but I wish it was just a little warmer.
I usually sit in the bar and the staff is attentive it only seating 10 and all but I usually play and always leave winning. Can’t beat that.

Decepsionado de este lugar hoy Enero 16 DEL 2016, despues de comer en este lugar varias veces, el Servicio es EXCELENTE, la cocina y el Manager PESIMOS, Pedi un Molcajete muy bueno por cierto como siempre, mi esposa pidio una chimichanga de pollo y en la primera prueba se noto que la carne era de varios y dias y no parecia que fuera pechuga, si no muslos por el color negrusco que tenia, como si congelaran los burritos y depues la sacaran para cocinarlos, (se devolvio la comida por mal sabor y fria por dentro) pero el gran problema no fue eso si no que EL MANAGER NI SIQUIERA FUE BUENO PARA DAR LA CARA Y EXPLICAR LO QUE HABIA PASADO Y QUE NO VOLVERIA A PASAR EN EL FUTURO, SE LE ENVIO ESTE MENSAJE CON EL MESERO Y EL MUY SINVERGUENZA NUNCA SE PRESENTO, mi esposa y yo habiamos recomendado mucho este lugar porque era el unico bueno en la zona, pero ya no lo haremos mas y la duena deve de saber que por ese sinverguenza de MANAGER que tiene esta perdiendo mas de lo que puede ganar con tenerlo ahi, Y ESTE ES SOLO MI EJEMPLO.

Been here before– tonight we walked in & there was a wait. The hostess was so rude she greeted us visibly frustrated and said to us «30 minute wait are you staying?» It was the rude manner that she said this that made us leave. She obviously does not like her job and was taking her frustrations out on the customers. Never even looked up to make eye contact with us. **
Mgmt should hire nicer people that can better handle stressful situations.

The ambiance is probably my favorite aspect of Leticia’s. This place has been on my radar for awhile but I simply don’t find myself in this area of town very often. It’s located on a cool little street that I didn’t know existed. It has a nice atmosphere and I bet it would be a neat place to take a stroll at night.
The service was just average, even a bit slow at times. Nice enough but it took longer than expected for condiments and few other items to show up at our table after the food arrived. I had the empanada lunch special with grilled shrimp. At $ 9 it was a reasonable portion, served with rice and beans. It was crazy heavy on the onions. I like onion for sure, but I couldn’t taste anything else. The onion overwhelmed all the other flavors in the dish. Rice and beans were pretty standard, nothing to brag about.
I also tried the shrimp a la diabla. It was much better than my own meal. Nice and spicy with a good amount of tiger prawns. I didn’t try a margarita, perhaps it’s the star of the show? With all the good reviews and the cool atmosphere I’ll come back next time I’m in the area. I’d like to try the happy hour or dinner and have a few other menu items. This spot seems to have lots of potential. I just won’t do the empanada on my next go.

Ok been back several times since saying I wouldn’t be back.
Mario is THE BEST server they have. I am the whitest white person from Alabama and I don’t know a lot about Mexican food so Mario is always very descriptive and gives honest opinions on their menu. He pushes the ground beef and man is he right … It is fabulous.
The place gets really busy on weekends so we like to come during the week.
Request Mario for sure!!!

Food was really good. I ordered the puffy tacos. I ordered a margarita and i swear, it was the strongest Margarita ever! It took awhile to get our food but the server was great. He made sure our drinks stayed full. I’d definitely go back again.

We had our Christmas party here Friday night. We paid 26.50 a person for 39 people. We also charged several other fees that was almost half the cost per person.
What a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! The food was average at best, but the management was rude and unaccommodating. We still had 6 people who had not gotten up to get a plate of food. We didn’t have enough food, and requested some more food. We were told we needed to order off the menu and pay for it separately. This is AFTER paying for the buffet for all 39 people.
When you bring almost 40 people to your place of business, that’s not how you treat them. Go somewhere else for you parties, you will be sorry if you go here!

Leticia, where have you been all my life? So glad I finally stopped in to check it out. All thanks to my sweetie for his recommendation. He knows the way to my heart… Mexican food! ;)
The food is amazing, flavorful and very authentic. Complimentary chips & salsa to start. A few minutes to look over the menu. We decided on the carne asada plate with cilantro rice & beans. He ordered the BYOB (build your own burrito) chimichanga style. Everything was delicious and the staff are super friendly and attentive. I’m pretty sure this is my favorite Mexican restaurant now.
Don’t forget to use the Unilocal Deal: $ 15 for $ 30

I live really close so I’ve eaten here a bunch out of convenience. I’m sorry to say that while some dishes that I’ve had ate good, the service is so slow that the experience is ruined.
Getting seated, ordering drinks, ordering a meal, getting a water refill, getting the check… Lunch will run 90 minutes or more for two. Going through two baskets of chips and still waiting another 15+ minutes for your food to come out is absurd and it happens on the regular.
Happy hour food is not good at all nor is the chocolate cake. Hh food is bland and cake has a bland & oily consistency.
If it weren’t for a few standout dishes, I’d give this place two stars, but I’m not likely to come back.

My boyfriend and I are Leticia’s regulars, and we are both Hispanic and know good Mexican food when we have it. I have to say the overall atmosphere of this restaurant is what really wins me over. Everyone is so nice, the décor is very appealing, and its just a comforting place to pig out on great food.
The service there is GREAT, I have an attachment to the older man Hector– he is ALWAYS so incredibly friendly and always makes sure that we are all set with chips & salsa and our waters/​soda are filled. He is such a sweet heart.
The food… authentic. From the Pozole (which I just had a week ago because I was recovering from a flu and it was SO GOOD.) to the enchiladas covered in salsa– everything tastes like I went to Mexico. For real. Its some good stuff.
All in all, its a great place to grab dinner and have a few drinks with your friends, family, spouse… whoever. Anyone will love it.
