Great perk for American Express card holders. Probably one of the best lounge chains in the states. I found the place to be clean, comfortable and with a lot of good gourmet cooked foods and unique beverages. This is a great place to hang out for a while or if you’re looking for some good grub it’s worth the admission and makes you glad you have an American Express card.

One of my favorite airport lounges to visit. Close to the United gates, gourmet food and comfortable working/resting pods. Access is free for Platinum and Black Card members and I believe there’s a fee for other types of AMEX card holders. It’s gotten so popular it’s sometimes hard to find a spot.

The least helpful and rudest staff of all the centurion lounges we visited. The check in lady was condescending and downright mean in terms of enforcing the number of guests my husband were allowed to bring in. After further reviewing the terms and conditions with a different staff member, my parents and I were allowed in. At least the foods made up for the nasty, initial encounter. Butternut squash soup, mushroom risotto, tomato ricotta pasta, stewed chicken, salteed kale, warm brownies, baked berries, and almond quinoa salad. One of the better Centurion spreads I’ve seen and tasted! Aside from the facts that foods were replenished often, tables were wiped down and cleared almost immediately, the lounge had plenty of resting spaces and seats. Overall — Centurion lounge access is definitely one of the main reasons why I enjoy coming to the airport early.

The US does not have excellent lounges. AMEx HS stepped up to fill this void. This lounge is accessible by tram from any gate. You only have to pass through security once and can visit upon arrival as well. The food and full open bar was great. Wifi was quick and the chairs were comfy. The bathroom and showers were clean and neat. 2 guests free with AMEXPLAT/CENT The Club lounge is open until 2AM but is not on the same level.

This the third centurion lounge I have been too and I must say this was my least favorite. Pros: more seating than the centurion studio in Seattle. Cons: Even though Seattle is a studio, this one definitely does not meet up to it and definitely not comparable to the SAn Fransisco. One– no to go cups for your coffee so if you are planning to run in and get some food to eat on the flight or if you were running slightly late. Bring a your own container. Two– no bagels or toast and no toaster either(available at the studio and lounge in SFO) Three– very rude wait staff. I went to inquire where the Tabasco was and I honesty felt like I was bothering him by his short and annoyed reply. Not centurion standard is all I can say especially after being at the other two locations. This one seems to be letting itself go with its irritated staff and lack of necessary needs for a traveler.

Was very impressed with the lounge, food, and staff. The lounge was very busy when I came here but there was plenty of space for everyone to sit, relax, or do work while here. A lot of plugs and ports to hook up your devices. I came at a transition time where I got to eat from the breakfast options and lunch. Bathrooms were super clean and large. During my visit there was a server walking around offering speciality cocktails, and another cleaning plates and areas. Very efficient and tidy lounge.

Food: 5⁄5 Service: 5⁄5 Cleanliness: 5⁄5 Décor & Style: 5⁄5 Excellent food, service, décor and style. The one in Dallas is actually better but this place is still a 5 star. My only complaint is there are only 1 restroom(1 urinal and 2 toilets). I still rate it the 2nd best lounge i’ve been to in the US. I typically always find a seat, and one time I spent over a hour studying at a table without a crowd while waiting for my cousin to land. Very convenient to relax, eat, drink. Not a very convenient place to sleep if it’s during the crowded hours.

One of the nicest airport lounges I’ve been to! Went in with the hubby to relax a bit before our flight. They had a full on breakfast going on by the time we got inside. All you can drink! The helpful bartenders will help you with your selection! Super professional at the same time! They also have non alcoholic goodies as well, don’t worry. The abundance of space there where you can get the relaxation that you need. I’d definitely come back here compared to just sitting out by the gate with loud obnoxious kids and adults out there.

Best airport lounge I’ve been to. Great food and drink selection, friendly and professional staff, and a variety of comfy places to sit and relax or do work. I have been more than once, and the service and overall ambiance is consistent and worthwhile.

This was my first visit to this Vegas lounge and was probably my least favorite. It’s hard to complain about a free perk, but it seems that they have really taken away from the«special-ness» of these lounges. The service was almost non-existent. There was always a line of 3 – 6 people waiting for bar service. No waiters and the busboys were few and far between. The drink selection was fine, but there were no menus listing the custom cocktails that I have been accustom to.

What a fantastic relief from the hustle and bustle of the chaotic airport… Such a great place. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The complimentary drinks and food were great with plenty of healthy options!!! Cannot complain about one tiny thing!!! Thank you American Express for treating your cardholders with such class!

Pros: Great lounge, many TVs, large separate spaces for families/couples or anyone trying to do work. A large, enclosed play space for kids. LOVELY top-shelf drinks(the Bloody Mary was extra spicy and super good after an annoying flight). Great selection of fruit(including kiwis and persimmons). The service was excellent, the entire club was well-kept and the restrooms were pretty clean. Cons: The breakfast buffet was lacking a bit. The French toast wasn’t warm and the muffins were a bit dry. In comparison to most other lounges, the food wasn’t bad, so no real complaints; however, most other lounges offer smaller snacks that I was seriously missing here: no nuts, cheese, olives, pretzels, chips, etc. I love to snack and I was sad to see that this wasn’t an option here. The décor is a bit outdated, but appropriate for Vegas. Overall, this is definitely better than most lounges, and I appreciate the calm before the next flight.

A place of rest that your American Express Platinum or Centurion card gets you — somewhat away from the hustle and bustle of airport travel. Yes, sometimes it is better than others. When it is super busy travel season, it feels less of an oasis and more of a packed hub. Regardless, it is one of the best places you could be spending your time while waiting for your flight. Best perks? Comfortable lounge chairs, work spaces, big flat screen tvs, complimentary cocktails, wines, other beverages, light buffet and specialty coffee(oh, yes. Espresso or latte inclusive). Other amenities include shower facility, desktop computer with printer, wifi if you need it, several selections of magazines and newspapers. Cheers!

Membership definitely has it’s privileges. Open to all Platinum and Centurion members, the lounge serves up beverages and food complimentary. While the liquor is top shelf(or close to it), I would say they need to do a better job upping their beer and wine selections. Along with the drinks, the lounge also features a great buffet. This isn’t your run of the meal food trough. During my last visit, I had the option for delicious roasted chicken, an italian panini, roast butternut squash soup along with pasta, salad options, and dessert. The lounge is also well laid out to conduct business. Equipped with free wifi, sit back, pretend you are working hard, and enjoy the atmosphere.

Perks, perks, perks. I’ve taken advantage of this lounge both on my into Vegas and on my way out of Vegas. It’s the kind of lounge that you’ll intentionally arrive to the airport a bit early for and a great way to save a few bucks if your a card holding member. Sure you pay a little for it each year, but if you’re flying in and out of Vegas or SFO a few times in 12 months it’s more than worth it. I absolutely blow through cash at airport bars and that just isn’t a problem at any of the Centurion Lounges. Top shelf booze is free and you’re getting top-notch food prepared by some decent chefs, which is also gratis. The furniture is comfortable, there are a few TVs throughout and if you got chased out of the hotel by housekeeping a little earlier than expected, a hot shower is waiting for you upon request. So yeah, if you’ve ever debated grabbing the annual fee Amex, one trip to any one of the Centurion Lounges will make that decision making process much, much easier.

The best domestic club — period. I’ve been to United’s Lounge, American’s Admirals Club, Delta’s Skyclub(current member), and other airline clubs in most major airports. None compare to this lounge. You can’t enter without a membership or AMEX Business Platinum card. This is a major perk to owner these cards. No kids running around(well, maybe a couple), no screaming babies(at least not when I was there), just business professionals looking for a nice relaxing oasis prior to their long flight out of Vegas. This lounge serves top shelf liquor, beer, wine, etc. Full gourmet buffet to cater to most diets. I saw roasted chicken, pasta with cream sauce, salads, couscous, ham and cheese sandwiches, soup, beef, desserts. The closest I’d seen to this was when traveling abroad. Quite standard for clubs in Europe and Asia. Delta has food in their clubs, but not to this level. Very much appreciated and quite swank!

I went on business with my boss whose card was the one admitting us access. This was like peeking in upon the Garden of Eden, or being admitted to the VIP Lounge of a famous club, or perhaps witnessing one of the last wonders of the world. The Centurion Lounge was a vast oasis of lounge spaces, bright vs dim, casual vs professional, working vs relaxing. A veritable fountain of free wi-fi and an eternal waterfall of top shelf booze. The complimentary buffet and bar offered a wide selection of choices. Amongst the edibles, I spotted Chicken Leg Osso Buco, Pressed Turkey sandwiches with provolone on Ciabatta, farfale pasta salad, antipasto, sweets including brownies and cookies served alongside hot steamed milk. Even the amenities were jaw-dropping luxurious. Bathroom stalls with floor to ceiling enclosures for ultimate«feel at home» privacy, scrubs and fresh citrus infused bath and body products to clean up with afterwards. A men’s and women’s shower for freshening up on the go. A playroom for children to keep young minds distracted and entertained, a futuristic and streamlined eating area for an evening meal or business meeting. Diffused lighting, modern fabrics and vintage touches like old cameras and suitcases created a décor that brought the art of traveling to the 21st century. I don’t think I’ll ever experience travel like this again, that is unless I start working on getting myself an American Express, since apparently…“Membership has it’s privileges.”

The Skinny: a quick update on the lounge regarding late night visit(close to closing at 11pm). After traveling to San Francisco and leaving the Amex Centurion lounge there, we arrived back in Las Vegas around 9:30pm. After staying in the Amex lounge where all they had was the same fried chicken dish(heavy!) all afternoon, I just wanted a freaking simple sandwich/salad/soup for dinner. So we booted it back to the Amex Centurion lounge in LAS to grab a quick bite. We entered into the lounge at 9:40pm easily with just a card and ID(they didn’t have to see our board pass because we checked into the lounge at SFO). We booted it to the lounge buffet about 15 minutes to closing(they close the buffet at 10pm). Although they had the same fresh turkey(really good!) sandwich on offer, it really hit the spot. Instead of the vegan mushroom soup, they had a vegan tomato basil soup instead which I found to be much more palatable. I mean don’t get me wrong… it’s not the best tomato basil soup(I mean c’mon… It’s vegan so its like a spicy version of warm V8 with basil) but it certainly went well with the turkey sandwich. Salad bar featured crisp blanched green beans and grilled assorted summer squash/zucchini this time around. The main entrée of roasted chicken with lemon and fingerling potatoes, warm cucumber salad was the same — neither one is as good as the sandwiches they have here. Desserts were the same as the previous review. Tried the raspberry honeydew aqua fresca and again — it’s a pass. I am not sure who makes the aqua fresca here but it’s pretty terrible. Ginger peach tea was the same. The Mighty Leaf tea selection was different this time around so I tried some different flavors. Still not as extensive as SFO but still good. Fruit was still around although there were nectarines/apricots instead of plums. Rambutans were also available too. The hubs tried to use the shower facilities and to put his name down but they do not have a sign in sheet or any way to track who wants to use the shower. It is purely first come, first serve. Someone got the drop on him when he went back after eating so he was SOOL. FYI — they shut down the shower facilities at around 10pm. So just FYI for the late arrivals… Get in before 10pm or don’t bother because really they shut down their buffet and shower facilities at 10pm sharp. If you just want to grab a cup of coffee/tea/fruit or lounge around for an hour, it still should be okay.

I had the opportunity to peruse the Centurion Lounge while waiting for my flight, which is complimentary to American Express members and their guest(s). I believe it’s $ 50 for non-members. When we arrived at 4pm on a Monday, it must have been during peak hours because there were barely any places to sit and the air had an odd smell that was really unappealing. By 5pm, though, the place was nearly empty and much quieter for people wanting to relax and the smell had subsided. The best parts of the lounge were the cushy lounge seats, the ample amount of electrical plugs, and the open bar. Yes, OPENBAR. I was really underwhelmed with the food selections though. Perhaps my expectations were too high knowing that the food was provided by Scott Conant himself. I love watching him on Chopped! Anyway, the only food available(which is the same for lunch & dinner) were salad, brownies, cookies, ham sandwiches, and a vegetable soup. I was really disappointed. To sum this all up, it’s a good place to wait for your flight as long as it’s not packed, but don’t expect the food to be anything close to stellar. Instead, enjoy the bar, expresso, and teas!
