Very professional and always pleasant. They help with every detail and give thorough checks every time I go in. I’m glad I went here. Parking is easy and other great stores nearby.

Dr. Klipp (now Dr. Adams since she got married) at Anderson Audiology is awesome! She’s very warm and patient, and really listens to you as a person. She’s good at small talk, which is nice to pass the time and for listening to when you’re trying to figure out how to optimize your settings for understanding speech. She’s doesn’t mind doing a new audiogram if you’re concerned something has changed, and she works to get your insurance to cover equipment changes/​upgrades if she thinks it will help you. She definitely goes above and beyond to make sure you can hear as well as possible.
Dr. Anderson, who I’ve only seen once, seemed much less detailed and more efficiency-​oriented than Dr. Adams.
The office is nice and clean, and extremely quiet with virtually no background noise (which is great if you’re having trouble hearing, but almost eerie if you’re hearing well). Parking is plentiful. The receptionist is polite, and speaks clearly with good eye contact, although I miss the old receptionist, Amy, who always recognized me and asked how I was when I came in. The office isn’t too overbooked, and you can usually get an appointment within a week of when you call. Appointments always start on schedule, and sometimes even early if you show up early.
