I wanted to give this place a good review, it’s close to my home — but it’s just not there. We went in for breakfast and to start off the coffee came out to us lukewarm and I had to ask twice for water. I had a steak sandwich and my buddy had a Denver omelet. Both were kind of small portions and my hoagie roll was a little hard. We both found the food average at best or below. When we left we both agreed that we found no reason to come back. I hate writing reviews like this because I know it’s hard to run a small breakfast business. I hope they take this to heart — maybe they can turn it around because they seemed like nice people.

If a restaurant uses the word Biscuits in its name, the biscuits it serves should be exceptional. I had breakfast here a couple of weeks ago, and the biscuit that accompanied my omelet was awful. Fortunately, the omelet was well-prepared, and the service spot-on. Granted, I grew up in the part of this country where biscuit-making is an art form, and my grandmothers set high standards with their versions, but this biscuit wasn’t even close to the frozen ones at my grocery. Maybe the burgers are better?

The daily breakfast and lunch specials can’t be beat. The food is so good, and there’s so much of it we could literally split a meal and be perfectly full. The servers are really nice and I love the family owned and operated feel of it.

Came here for breakfast on our first visit. Outstanding from start to finish. The space is very clean and nice. Kitchen opens to the dining area and is very clean and professional. I had a two egg breakfast with home style potatoes and ordered a biscuit and gravy side. The biscuit was green chile and cheddar biscuit and was delicious. All the food was great. Prices are tough to beat. Excellent breakfast spot and I will definitely be back for lunch sometime soon.

By far the best breakfast in town. It’s delicious and very well priced. My personal favorite is the croissant breakfast sandwich but we’ve also tried their incredible biscuits. The owner is a marathon runner and the entire place is decorated in all of his medals. It is very clean with an open view to the kitchen so you can watch your meal being prepared.

Open kitchen concept, fresh baked biscuits, chicken and waffles were on point, service was good and food is made to order fresh. Great little place. Will be back!

One of my coworkers that enjoys food recommended this spot near his house. He lives on the same side of town as me. So we talk about food and so far we have both steered each other in the right direction comes to new spots. I was looking for someplace new was in the area and remember about Biscuits 2 Burgers. Other Unilocalers have mention it. It was more ghetto before then put up permanent sign(one that really cool, nice logo not just words of the restaurant but screams personality). The outside never believe the type of establishment find once open the front door. The area itself really nothing else much open in that small shopping area and most of the other spots are empty or feels like ghost town. Like I said once you walk in be surprise! It had nice clean, totally new restaurant look, and really nice small café feel for me. Each table have fresh flowers something that you hardly see in restaurants. It very much open air feeling between the open kitchen, the country décor, and one of the big artwork or art on the wall. It plate with two eggs and smiley bacon strips. Great saying that I forgot. =(((The lady that was hostess/waitress was fabulous from the get go. Friendly. Answered any questions I had about the menu. Good fun talking stories with her. I was the only one in the restaurant. I decided on breakfast(I do plan on coming back again for lunch). I had the banana nut pancakes with side of turkey bacon(it comes with sausage or bacon; craving turkey bacon so cost more). Talk about nice portion. Not that I love my go to breakfast spots where the pancakes portions sizes enormous. It was refreshing change look at the plate have three decent size pancakes with nice toppings and presentation had clean simple look. The taste was great! The pancakes was right between dense and fluffy. I like. The turkey bacon on the side was nice crispy and delicious. I also ordered the fresh orange juice. Unilocalers that good call!!! The juicer machine thought was pretty cool looking in the kitchen. Just observation. It does the good that for sure. It tasted fresh, not concentrated, or juice get at buffet or any hotel restaurant out of gallon jug. The whole meal for me was fabulous. I look forward to trying the lunch menu and the burgers. If in the area not doubt place would recommend! No doubt with Biscuits 2 Burgers never judge book by it cover. Believe it.

We live right down the street from this place and finally made it in today! I had the California burger… it was great! Very fresh ingredients and nice and juicy! Had it with sweet potato fries again very good! My boyfriend had an omelet which was almost as good. Our waitress indicated they will be extending their hours to include dinner eventually which we are really looking forward to!

Let me first start by saying that the outside does not do this place justice. I was hesitant to go in but I’m glad I did. They need a new sign… The inside is MUCH more appealing. Beautiful floors, clean open faced kitchen. The first thing to catch my eye was the fresh squeezed OJ machine. Yes please! We ordered: Egg croissant sandwich $ 3.97 Tuesday-Friday Are you serious? A steal. Two eggs on this bad boy, thick bacon(choice) pepper have cheese(choice) the fact that there are a few different options makes me eager to come back. Homemade biscuits and gravy $ 3.97 Tuesday-Friday … So good, nice flavor and the biscuits are most definitely made in house, incredible. And to top off the experience, our server was pleasant and spoke professionally. I appreciate this type of service, regardless of where it is you work professionalism is appreciated. Thank you! I’ll be back. ***UPDATE: we came back with the kids. And the kids cheeseburger is a joke for the price, literally the size of my palm. I recommend ordering a normal burger and splitting it. Other than that I feel like the prices are good for the amount of food you get.

I like this place and it’s been on my bookmark for quite some time. When we arrived, we were greeted immediately by a gentleman. He was also our server as well. He was so nice and sweet. They had a 3.95 special so, I took advantage of that and ordered the 2 eggs special with hash browns and sausage patties. My bf ordered the French toast made with challah bread and the 2 eggs with bacon. We also ordered the freshly squeezed OJ. For only 3.95 for each plate it was pretty darn great! We left satisfied, full and happy. Why would you go anywhere else and pay more and get the same type of food for mediocre taste? Plus, it looks like a small little business. I’m always happy to support small businesses.

Came in and ate here today just out of random. I actually live right around the corner and have seen this place on Unilocal so I decided to give a try with my girlfriend. It’s a nice cozy lil café way it had a wonderful little«homie» feel, wasn’t to busy and the food was good. Nothing out of the ordinary or anything really special just the basics done right. I’ll definitely be back. Joseph was our waiter and he killed it did everything from waiting, to bussing, to cooking and was extremely nice on top of it all. Great service.

So far I’ve been here twice have only had their biscuit sliders. They are home made and basically made to order. When you come here order at least a side of the biscuits you won’t be disappointed!

Cool place that I have passed by many times on the way home from work. Finally tried it on Saturday. Cute little spot with fresh flowers on every table and friendly service. It was already noon, so we decided to order lunch, but the breakfast menu looked great. I ordered the California burger with an over easy egg and my husband got the New York burger that had pastrami on it. Both of our burgers were cooked to perfection and tasted great! Biscuits 2 Burgers only uses fresh ingredients made to order and you could taste the difference. Also, the fries were skinny and crisp just how I like them. And the prices, amazing! I could not believe how cheap this place was for the quality of the food. They have a $ 3.95 breakfast special Mon-Thurs, such a steal! They also have a Friday date night price fix meal with around 4 courses for around $ 20 a person. My hubby and I definitely want to try that out next. This spot is a winner and we will be back!

Our favorite breakfast place now. Simple but delicious breakfast offerings. Freshly squeezed OJ. I never eat hash brown anywhere but here. The place is cool, clean, inviting. The server is pleasant, very friendly and professional. Service is prompt and efficient. Food is great. Only complaint: please change the channel. We always see ‘the price is right on their TV

I was planning on taking pictures but when the food got to the table it looked SOGOOD everyone dived in. This place is so cute and affordable. The service is absolutely phenomenal. We were treated as though there wasn’t anyone else in the place. The drinks came within maybe 2 minutes of being sat(and kept full throughout the meal). There wasn’t anything on the menu over $ 10. My son got a huge chocolate chip Belgium waffle($ 4.95), my husband got a bowl of Texas style chili(chunky and thick, was not bulked up with beans; it had onions, peppers, and big chunks of cheese to stir in, with a homemade yeast roll)($ 5.25), and I got a Hawaiin burger platter(Angus beef, pineapple, thick cut bacon, and I added an egg for $ 0.95, for a total of $ 8.90). Joe, our server, was very attentive and most importantly, he spoke to our 7 year old like a person — made eye contact, took his order, asked him how his food was, etc. I plan on going back soon to try out a breakfast!

Items Selected: Coffee Challah French Toast Cheese Blintzes with Blueberry Compote Cheddar and Black Pepper Biscuits Located just down the street from Ace Donuts, locally owned and operated Biscuits 2 Burgers had been on my breakfast to-do list for a while and although mixed reviews warned of a hit n’ miss experience the proximity simply could not be ignored — an 8:15am arrival finding only one two-top filled as the staff-to-patron ratio swelled in my presence to 3:3, not a single other patron present during the rest of my hour long stay. Featuring two chefs and one server, the later a young man who was friendly and mostly efficient in keeping water and coffee full, Biscuits 2 Burgers features a concise menu of breakfast as well as lunch staples and with everything but the outsourced pastries made in house a three-part order was assembled in a room featuring several medals and awards for various events alongside seasonal décor plus a television playing just a bit too loud. Watching the chefs operated in a wide-open kitchen while perusing one of the free local rags it was just under twenty minutes before my order arrived and setting aside ice-cold butter, HFCS-Jam, and pseudo-syrup in favor of items brought from home the meal began with flimsy French Toast alongside crispy bacon — the former sliced so thin one would be hard pressed to know it was Challah as opposed to the also-offered Texas Toast while the later was rather par for the course, the $ 6.95 charge less than most places but still seemingly excessive for the quality or portions served. Moving next to the namesake biscuits — offered as sliders, with gravy, or individually at $ 1.50 each — two of the daily cheddar and black pepper inspirations were selected and with the drop-style rounds as dense and toothsome as one would expect both the cheese and spice were quite restrained, the addition of honey helping to make the flavors pop, though certainly not to the degree of those famous versions served up at America’s most well known seafood chain. Wrapping things up with an unlikely selection made mostly because the menu’s pancake options seemed genuinely uninspired, it was to a trio of tightly wound blintzes that I was treated and served over what was probably canned blueberry compote the lightly bronzed pockets proved superlative, each creamy bite making me wonder why so few breakfast places offer such things… and why anyone would pay nearly twice as much for the ones at Carnegie Deli on the Strip.
