Wow, first time here & don’t think I’ll be back… Girls at the door super nice directed us to the bar. We sat at the bar & literally took about 10 min just put in our drink order. We asked if we could move to the patio, they said yes. We closed out our tab moved to the patio. Got our food, food was great but never once did someone go back & checked in with us. We were planning on ordering more drinks & some desserts. That didn’t happen since no one stopped by to ask if we needed anything. Therefore we left. Super disappointed.

I have never dined in the restaurant, i’ve only been here for happy hour in the bar. I’ve been here multiple times and i have to say it is an exceptional deal. I’ve had everything off the happy hour menu and its extremely fresh and still pretty big portions. The only thing I wish was them having a better beer selection, but I can not complain because their food makes up for it. So stop by after work and enjoy a nice fresh happy hour meal. 3:30 — 6:30 is the happy hour time!

These please is very dear to me it’s where my girlfriend and I had our first date back in 2013 it’s now 2016 and my girlfriend took me out for my birthday these evening and the food is always good you look around and the waiters are fast and always moving the food came out fast and it was nice and hot. What made this evening AWESOME was our waiter ALBERTO he was very friendly and always attentive he had like 6 full tables in our section and he was on top of all of them really kind, efficient, and really felt like we were a priority to him will definitely be going back more often and hopping to have him as our waiter

Whenever I want consistently good food and friendly service I go to Brio… It never disappoints. The location in Tivoli village is pretty busy on weekends and Friday night so be sure to call ahead to make reservations. :) Food Recommendations: I highly recommend the calamari! It’s very good and comes with 2 types of sauce. The Caesar salad is also great! For main courses I suggest the steak salad or the Gorgonzola steak medallions. I’ve tried other things on the menu and always come back to those two! The lava cake is also pretty good! The service is consistently good as well! We had a waiter(Alberto I think was his name) that was super attentive and made the experience fun! If you have never tried Brio I recommend it!

Three of us had a brunch today. Two of us ordered the Brio Hamburgers and one of our group ordered the Sicilian Omelet. The omelet was very tasty, but two of us got sick eating hamburgers. Presentation– 8 out 10 Hamburgers were so dried and burned. A lady(she looks likes the manager of the Brio) asked us, if we ordered medium well. The server never asked us how our burgers like to cook. Arugula were wilted, French fries were too salty and hamburgers had no seasoning. Sadly we wouldn’t order the hamburgers any more. Beautiful place and rotten hamburgers

I love Brio! This is a favorite place to gather with girlfriends. The food is always great tasting and the service is quick and polite. Their lobster bisque is delicious! I love getting their lunch lasagna and salad… perfectly satisfying. My friend had her baby shower here — we were able to order a bunch of small plates and everything was perfect.

I have been here a few times now and I am so disappointed with the service. Our server today was better then normal but a few things were difficult for us in thought of returning. The food was delicious and the restaurant itself is beautiful. The only thing is we had 2 kids with us and it’s hard to go out with kids as it is. My chopped salad came out wrong and the rest of the entrees came out after a very long time. It was frustrating and all they did to accommodate us was have a manager apologize. Wish the service was better because we love the food.

LOVEBRIO! Their menu truly is for everyone! They have such a great selection. especially their«light menu!» I rave about their chop sald. seriously one of the best I’ve had even for just a simple salad! Their servers at this location are OK. The past 2 times I haven’t had the best service, and I was actually surprised that the service on a Monday afternoon was terrible. Took quite awhile for everything and the busser decided to take our dessert before we were even done with it. said he would bring another one because it was his fault, but never returned with another dessert. Oh well. Will always come back to Brio though!

Came here for dinner with the family the day after Thanksgiving. It’s located in Tivoli Sqare, The food was above average, restaurant is very nicely decorated, and the service was ok. The price, $$$ not worth that. I’d come back if there is no other place to go.

My friend and I were driving looking for a bite to eat and went in last min tonight for Pasta, Happy Hour Food and Drinks. We sat in bar area. Megan was our server and a guy named Dillion(her busses) and another guy who was the food runner who’s name I can’t remember(although I wish I could) but my service was amazing. My friend and I BOTH work in the industry and were so blown away at the TEAM work! We ordered two orders of beef carpaccio, spinach dip and a pasta vodka dish along with several drinks… one drink I even asked Megan our sever to surprise us and it was a delicious concoction I would have never thought to create.

Normally i don’t bother with town squaresince it’s not my scene but friend wanted to come for happy hour. Service was great, our waitress was friendly and attentive. The happy hour food and drinks were good, the artichoke dip was delicious. The pineapple drink had a good balance of flavor and alcohol, forgot its offical name. It was a nice atmosphere even when it got crowded.

Not sure where to even start… loved loved loved this place! We went for lunch and had amazing salads coupled with Jade’s «secret recipe» Sangria. All I can say is YUM! We were only in Vegas for a few days but ended up back at Brio for Happy hour… the food will not disappoint and the drinks are amazing. Thank you to Jade & Nicole for taking good care of us:) See you again soon! Your Boston Friends

This is another one of those places I’ve visited a dozen times or more in a variety of locations, but seem to fail to check in most of the time. The accumulated experiences mandate that it’s time for a review. For a chain, I think it’s one of the better ones. Brio’s food is consistently good and most of the time, above average for a chain restaurant. We find ourselves going there with some frequency lately since this location is just a few miles from the house, in the nearby and still growing Tivoli Village. Easy to get to, great underground parking(a huge plus in the summertime!), and a nice place to stroll after overeating.(Yep, it’s gonna happen.) The food: Two visits ago I had the Pasta Fra Diavalo. Not my first pasta dish here because they do a great job with not overcooking the pasta. The flavors were wonderful as alway and the dish was served at just the right temperature. I don’t know if they heat their dishes, but I noticed that the bowl didn’t cause the pasta to cool rapidly – something that happens too often at many restaurants. During my most recent visit I was able to sample a number of new tasty menu items: a fresh Caprese Salad. It was especially specially fresh and had just the right amount of dressing to allow the mild tomatoes and mozzarella to shine through. Next the group of us shared a Sausage and Pepperoni Flatbread, cooked well so that the flatbread was at just the right place between soft and too crisp. Next, Black Pepper Shrimp featuring middle-sized, peeled shrimp served on slices of eggplant and drizzled in a fantastic sauce. Brio found a great way to combine shrimp and eggplant into what became an instant favorite. I’ll definitely order it again. I sampled Brio’s take on bread pudding for dessert and was pleasantly surprised. I wouldn’t normally order bread pudding, but I’m glad I had the chance to try this. The portion was just right to follow a full meal and the pudding and sauce were delicious. I’d definitely get it again. The beverages: If you’re in the mood for a little wine with your dinner, I recommend the White Peach Sangria. I’m not a fan of sweet wines or drinks, but this was nice and refreshing, and not too sweet to keep me from enjoying it. The service: Top notch for this kind of restaurant. The staff is always there taking care of you, but they’re not in the way or hovering. I also love that they’ll always tell you the specials, then make recommendations if you prefer. I almost always ask and when recommendations come, they seem genuine rather than what might otherwise feel like they were told to push a particular dish that day. Overall, well done Brio!

Brio is one of my favorite spots to go for happy hour because their drinks and appetizers are always so amazing. I love that this Brio is located in beautiful Tivoli Village(which so happens to be the center that I work at). Their outdoor seating is beautiful and overlooks the fountain. Our server Justin was very helpful and fun to talk to, and he made our experience that much more enjoyable. I always get the flatbreads and bruschettas whenever I eat at Brio which are all very delicious. Their drinks are great as well, my personal favorite from their happy hour menu is the Santa Rosa. It’s basically a rosé sangria.

Nice atmosphere, upscale décor in Tivoli. Friendly but disjointed service. Our salads arrived but mine didn’t. Was pleasantly surprised by the Bistecca Insalata, crisp fresh greens with the right amount dressing when it finally arrived. My Veal Milanese was a big disappointment, tasted oily and reheated, the angel hair pasta was dry and the veg were either under cooked or dried out and wrinkled. The caper wine sauce was almost nonexistent. The other 5 in our party were satisfied and enjoyed their meal.

Brio is definitely a house favorite for my family and I. We’re definitely a regular for multiple reasons! From the lovely ladies who greeted us to the front to the gentleman that continued to monitor our table to make sure our drinks were refilled as well as our bread basket. Our server was and always is very friendly and needless to say patient. We’re pretty indecisive mainly because every dish is so great. I usually don’t step out my comfort zone and try new things but here I have no issue picking something new! Yes, I’m that annoying customer who will ask the server what their favorite dish is. I wanted something spicy so I got a pasta dish and as I write this review I’ve forgotten the name. The point is though you can’t go wrong with whatever you choose. One thing I will recommend to fellow Unilocalers is you have to, HAVETO try their Spicy Eggplant and Shrimp. Don’t let the eggplant part scare you off. I know it’s not everyone’s first choice but you can’t go wrong with this dish. It contains pan seared shrimp, Romano crusted eggplant and the best part the black pepper cream sauce. It’ll immediately turn into one of your favorites. Also, this location had a great happy hour with live music on the patio! It seemed like everyone was enjoying their time while we choose to sit in dinning area. Great service, great dishes and a nice atmosphere; WINNING.

So we are not big Town Square people, my man doesn’t like crowds much so we don’t go as often as I would like. We were there for a specific item and decided to have a few drinks. While having these drinks we wanted food. Looking though the options we decided on Brio. Which amazed and thrilled me, he doesn’t like Italian(because he never knows what to order and picks the wrong stuff) I love Italian especially because I get it so rarely! I got the caesar salad, yummy. Perfect amount of dressing to food. He got the Wedge Bistecca Insalata, he loves wedges so he was happy. He finally followed my lead and got what I ordered, the Lobster & Shrimp Fettuccine. His mouth watered when he saw it and he finished my leftovers when we got home. So finally we can eat Italian and he will be happy, I can’t wait to come back!

So sad! We wanted to love this place! Went for brunch and had the most annoying server… Finally ordered(we couldn’t make up Our minds) and I opted to start with a salad and artichoke dip. Dip was okay. Nothing special. I’d love to mention the salad but it never came. Got the spicy chicken bacon sandwich. BEWARE it tastes like chipotle sauce and mayonnaise only! It was the most awkward tasting item is ever had before! French toast was underwhelming as well. Very tart with some gross lemon filling. But the fruit and syrup were delicious. Which we had to ask for syrup from three different people. Bc we were still hungry we ordered a side of scrambled eggs… Which took twenty minutes to arrive. Then I had to go to the bar for ketchup. It was just an overall poor experience. We wanted to love this place. The patio is very nice to enjoy! We had a great time people watching!

Been here twice now and have been very impressed. First time was for dinner; great food! Second for drinks; very strong! The service is the one thing that really stands out. Every member of the team always has a big smile on their face and they are very polite and helpful during interactions. I will definitely be back and highly recommend Brio to everyone in Vegas. Keep up the good work!
