Very friendly staff, took time to explain services and procedures to me. I’ve been twice and both experiences have been wonderful the staff took the time to make me feel comfortable. My face is looking and feeling great after one laser genesis treatment. They use top quality products. Heather did my Botox for the very first time, she made me feel at ease. Audrina did my laser genesis, she knows her treatments and products. Definitely did a great job and I will definitely be back.
I wish they were open a few hours on Saturday.

My first time getting lip injections and I love the results! Although I was a bit nervous, Heather talked me through the whole procedure. I feel very comfortable with her and will definitely be back for the next time!

I adore this place! We travel 90 miles just to see Heather and Eva and its worth it. Eva is an amazing laser tech with the sweetest disposition. Heather is hilarious, fun and does what ever she can to make everyone feel comfortable and happy. you need to see these people!

Chic la Vie is amazing! I see Eva for my skin which is very problematic. She works wonders on my face and I have no clue what I would do without her. I started going here to see Amber. I have been too many as estheticians and by far Amber does the best hydro facial I have ever had. I would highly recommend asking for her.

I came to see Amber for laser hair removal and was very nervous! Was it going to hurt or was it going to work even.
Amber put my mind at easy testing the laser on her forearm first to show me what number I was going to be at and the intensity. She went very slow as she started and I eventually was relaxed and told her she could go at her normal pace. It didn’t hurt at all!!! I’m so glad I made this choice my bikini area and underarms have never been so smooth and free of ingrown hairs!

Eva by far is the BEST!!! I’ve been doing treatments with Eva now for over a year. She does all my facials & Laser Hair removal as well as she will be starting my Venus Freeze soon after I get my surgery! :)
She an esthetician that really genuinely cares about your skin and the outcome. Even when I move back out to Orange County. I will still travel back to Las Vegas to see her at Chic Le V. She’s absolutely AMAZING! And such a sweetheart. She always makes you feel relaxed and very welcoming. I’ve given so many of my friends referrals to see her and I will continue to do so. Her customer service is by far a 5 STAR!!! If you’re looking to do any kind of treatments at the Medicial Spa Facial, laser hair removal etc. I highly recommend seeing Eva!!! Or if you’re just getting out of surgery and are in need or doing treatments over at the medical spa you must see her!
I’m barley growing any hair now since I’ve had all my treatments over the past year. I did full body Laser Hair removal. I’ve had such great results!!! I started out being very hairy and you would never know I had that much hair. Love my results so much!!!

I love this place. I’m huge on customer service wherever I go. I don’t care how amazing your products and services are, if your customer service is awful, I will leave and tell everyone I know. THIS IS NOT THE CASE FOR THIS PLACE. Everyone is so nice. Front desk is always amazing and kind. Heather is one of the best people I have ever met. Everyone says Hello when they see you. The environment is nice, everything is always clean. I have been to a ton of medical spas, facial places, and even doctors offices and I have to say this has to be one of my favorite places. Whether you’re getting fillers or just a simple facial I recommend this place 100%.

I LOVE EVA!!! I go to her for my facials. She really works for you to get your skin looking and feeling great. Eva makes you feel very cared for and that she is doing everything to make you look your best. She is also very friendly so that also makes the appointment very enjoyable. I highly recommend Eva for all your skin needs! The facility is very clean and has all the latest technologies that might not be available elsewhere since it is adjacent to a surgical center.

I get all my clinical facials here and I love it! It’s connected to the plastic surgeons office as well which is very convenient.

Best laser hair removal experience, I been doing laser all over my body for 7 years, Eva just completely took every hair out of my body, I feel like a dolphin! So nice just to forget about shaving, specially during summer at the pool lol!

I have no idea how this practice got my phone number BC I have never ever been a patient here. They sent a group text with my number and 9 other people’s numbers about a Valentine’s Day botox special. First of all, this is against HIPPA violation. When I called the number back asking how they got my phone number the front desk was giving me an attitude. So rude to me. I asked to speak to a manager and she said no one was available and that someone will call me back. Obv, that didn’t happen. I plan on calling the medical board and reporting this. I do not want to be in a group texts about botox ESP when I’ve never been a patient here. They should also know this is against HIPPA violation considering they are a medical practice. I have the saved texts as proof and I plan on reporting this. If I’m not even a patient and this is what they are doing, I’m afraid what personal Info of mine they will disclose if I were to ever go here. This is so unprofessional and I do not appreciate the attitude they are giving me when I called to ask how they got my info. I’ve been to many doctors in my life and I’ve never experienced such thing.
