Just Face It Medspa

This is my first time getting any type of face treatment. I found the custom facial coupon via groupon but when I got here Aleksandra actually gave me a microdermabrasion and pumpkin peel. She took her time and explained the whole process. She earned my trust and I appreciate the detailed information. At 37 I have breakouts, bad acne scars and dark spots so I will definitely be coming back to help diminish those while feeling pampered. I’m very happy with my experience.

Love Martine! Five stars for cleanliness and professionalism. Not only did she make me feel so at ease on my first visit but I look 20 years younger! Courteous staff, soothing environment, brilliantly selected music. A class act. This is an oasis-​like slice of heaven amidst the drudgery, and it’s apparent in my short time being acquainted with them that the staff and associates that make up their boutique spa are of the highest calibre.
Sensitive and sharp, this is a healing environment; completely unlike the prurient excuses for theraputic wellness that are not always what they seem…

I would give NO stars if I could. I bought a service off Groupon. They marked it used immediately. When I tried to schedule an appointment I was told they didn’t have anything. I called back and got an appointment. This got changed three times. When I finally got in, they tried to up sell me. When I didn’t go for the upsell, they told me they couldn’t do the service and to get my money back from Groupon. I told them they already marked it as used. Terrible service. Terrible con. Do not use if you value your time.

Beautiful European style Med Spa, staff is so friendly and helpful! I received Bolerto in my lips and Martine did an excellent job! I am hooked! Would highly recommend!

Although I’ve moved to Virginia from Nevada, I made a point to schedule an appointment with Martine while I was in town. She is incredible!!! Friendly. Professional. Competitively priced. The list of positives goes on and on and on.

Been going here for about 3 years & love Martine, the Owner. She’s so friendly, upbeat as well as very knowledgeable. I’ve had Boxtox & Radiance for the Non-​Surgical face lift 3 times… she is a Master at it! I am only a Part-​time Resident but always get these treatments from her rather than Doctor’s in the Bay Area, CA.
Always found staff to be helpful & friendly.
I think Christine & Kat K are same person on that terrible review… her talking about unprofessional & rude… she needs to listen to herself here… she could give lessons by all that ranting… by all her remarks, I wouldn’t give her much crediability. If it was as bad as she rants about then she should’ve confronted it then & asked for the Manager, not all this rampage on a Unilocal site. Highly recommend & find it to be charming & inviting with plenty of parking steps away.

I had Radiesse injections last August, and decided to write this review because it’s about that time to have them done again. I’ve had them before from another medi-​spa, but I really liked the results at Just Face It. I was averse to getting two syringes, but was convinced that two syringes, in separate areas, would yield a more natural result. I didn’t feel pressured. Boy, were they right! I thought I was just being «sold,» but the results were amazing. The other place did a good job, but Just Face It did an amazing job! My friends agreed that the results were not noticeable as «having something done.» I just looked… brighter! I’ve only been there once and can’t comment on other procedures. I expect to be back.
Also, for those in California, I always go to Vegas for stuff like this. They do this sort of thing all the time for half the cost. For the same price as most California doctors, I paid for a weekend in Vegas, too.

Clean atmosphere, smells great, cute little gift shop & super friendly staff! Tammy J has done my eyelash extensions (as well as my friends) and does an EXCEPTIONAL job! I highly recommend her. And she’s very reasonable in her pricing for quality work.

Omg!!! I normally don’t write reviews or say anything. But this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a business. Med spa? More like a hole in the wall that shouldn’t be found. Not even close very very rude and unprofessional. Fake! They’re the type of people that will smile in ur face then stab you in the back. At least me, I’ll do it to your face straight, right through your heart!
Even tho dolphin court or any spas at the casinos cost way way much more I would rather pay that money for down to earth people.

I am 35 years old and I have adult acne. I have also begun to worry about lines and wrinkles from ageing! I am desperate to find some skin therapies that actually improve my breakouts, get rid of my acne scars, while at the same time minimize lines. I found the Medspa through groupon, which offered an incredible deal on a VI Chemical Peel. My treatment was excellent. The staff was friendly, prompt and offered suggestions for my complex skin issues. The results of the peel were awesome. I had shiny young looking skin for several weeks following the peel. Although all of the acne scars did not magically disappear, new breakouts were reduced, and the discolored areas were minimized.
I’ve realized that if looking young, and getting rid of my breakouts and discolored skin is a priority, I need to be proactive about treatments. So, now I’ve gotten into the habit of calling into the Medspa regularly to find out if any treatment deals are being offered. As a result I’ve been able to try out many different therapies at economic prices. Lindy is great, and although shy at first, she goes above and beyond on the treatments she’s done for me. I now use the hyluna skin care line and just this weekend got microdermabrasion and the pumpkin peel, and Lindy worked on some acne areas with salycilic acid. I’m now saving $$ to try the dermaroller next, to get rid of the really stubborn acne scars.
Also, Martine has done botox injections between my brows and radiesse in my cheek bone area. I fretted and fretted about the cheekbone filler because I didn’t want it to look like I had «work-​done» but, OMG it looks great, and it’s not obvious (my anti-​botox/​filler boyfriend doesn’t even know I got it done)! In fact, I keep getting compliments from people about how great I look, my skin and just in general– no one seems to know exactly whats different.

This was the worst microderm I have ever had. The young girl chewing gum (named Lindy) who did my service was unfriendly and unprofessional, and I was in and out of her treatment in 10 minutes. She never spoke to me once and the whole session was awkward. The machine did not even feel like it was working and I felt no benefits to my skin after. I felt so ripped off upon leaving. I have been to many spas (even worked at one a long time ago) and have had more microderms and facials than I can count. This was the worst of them all thus far. Nothing relaxing about this place either. You are herded in and out like sheep. No robe, no resting. Just plop on the table, get your lousy 10 minutes of service and get out. Horrible!
Update: I would also like to add the owner, Martine, upon reading this review, just wrote me a private message accusing me of lying and called my review of my experience at her spa «bogus» and «Not true». How Professional. Be careful not to waste money or time here.

Fantastically friendly and personable spa! What a great atmosphere! Completely personable, professional and relaxing. I am not your typical foo foo girl and have never done any kind of «Spa» thing before so I was a bit intimidated but EVERYONE here made me feel so relaxed and at home. I started out by walking in the back door with out realizing it but they were so cool and even let me leave the same way as I had parked in the wrong area. Martine welcomed me and immediately put me at ease.
I went in for a Chemical peel and Microderm Abrasion. There was very little wait. I showed up a little early and they got me in pretty quick. Martine did not do my session but a young girl named Lilly? (I think) who was super sweet, friendly. professional and SUCH a sweet heart! The whole process was absolutely enjoyable and worth every penny. I don’t treat myself often so I am so very glad that this paid off as far as pampering goes! Not sure how much better my skin looks… but I’ll let you you know in the coming weeks! ;)

Just booked my 1^st appointment with Just Face It on Tuesday… will report abck with good news hopefully!

For someone starting out in her early forties in a very «young» and crazy town, it was important to me to keep looking fresh… I saw a friend at a charity event and I couldn’t believe how great my friend looked. I asked her what she was doing and she introduced me to Martine. I have never done a chemical peel or microdermabrasion before but the after effects were amazing! I am hooked. She has amazing energy and gave me a little botox at my frown line which made it disappear completely. She doesn’t go overboard and I appreciate that. I have told many frien’s about her and they have seen her and love her too!
