Mark came in to clean my carpet today for my 1,400 sq ft. Condominium. We gave him a call yesterday and he stated he would be able to come in today between 12−1pm and he came in at that time which was great on such a short notice!
Mark has different cleaning packages budget, stain fighters, and premium. Being on a budget, I choose the value with the antibacterial which was an extra fee. In total I paid $ 175 which was pretty high end compared to traditional cleaning, I’m satisfied with clean state of my carpet since it was very dirty, Mark didn’t up try to up sell us additional services and the dry time which was a few hrs about 3 – 4 hrs.

Mark showed up @10 am to clean one bedroom with traffic dirt, no big deal. I asked him if this was a dry process and he said it would dry in a hour or two. It has been over 8 hours and the carpet is still very wet. I called him earlier and he had no answers other than to say he would check his chemical mixture. What a bunch of BS, I will NEVER use this company again and will tell everyone I know about the lousy service I received. Don’t call this company if you are looking for a «dry» process!!!

We have used Diamond Chem dry for quite some time now and have found that Mark is the best in the business! He had been able to keep the stains out that others couldn’t!

Mark at Diamond Chem-​Dry has been taking care of the carpet in my vacation rental in Las Vegas for two years now. He does a great job and is always available! I appreciate how he always answers the phone and find a way to work me into the schedule. One time there was a particularly tough stain and he worked miracles on it! He truly offers personal service and is a pleasure to work with.

I had Mark from Diamond Chem-​Dry come to clean my rugs last week and what a great job he did!!! The rugs were heavily stained and he worked to get them looking clean and fresh, the stains were gone. Mark is the owner and I like that he came and did the job himself, instead of sending some worker looking to get it over with and not caring as many companies do. To me, that is a plus when the owner does the job by himself.
Mark was very professional and a nice person to deal with. I highly recommend Diamond Chem-​Dry to anyone looking for top service.
