They have very good and reliable products but some of the employees don’t know pretty much anything about what they selling

Horrible customer service! I called the store directly (from Atlanta) to purchase an item for local pick up at this location. Not only did the sales associate neglect to put me on hold while she was looking up a price for me, she had a five minute conversation with another employee regarding something completely unrelated to my question then she hung up the phone. I called back and she actually said «I wish I hadn’t picked up your call» because she could not figure out how to ring up an item with a credit card number over the phone. Maybe you should work a little harder at training your employees and screen them for basic phone skills/​manners. You just lost a sale!

Went in here last week to seek help about an existing ceiling fan in our house. There is a man there, Terry, that knows more than I ever knew possible about fans. He sat us down, listened to us and helped us pick out two new fans. He also researched online for us to find a manual on our existing fan. We never felt rushed, it was a pleasure shopping with him. The showroom is beautiful. If you’re looking for any type of lighting, or looking to remodel the bathroom or kitchen, check this out. I’m not sure about the previous negative reviews. Everyone I encountered here was great. Yeah, maybe a little pricier than Home Depot or another similar store, but it’s way nicer and you have a greater selection.

A pretty showrooom hides a bad customer service experience.
Ferguson’s showroom is great for inspiration. If you want higher end appliances and fixtures than what you’ll ever find at a big box home improvement warehouse, it’s likely you’ll end up in a Ferguson showroom. You’ll ooh and ahh over the possibilities and maybe decide that you’ve found the perfect appliance /​bathroom fixture or light for the project you’re working on. But that’s where the experience changes… and not for the best.
They don’t carry anything in stock, everything has to be ordered. That’s ok… but try and get someone to help you order something. Good luck with that. And even if you are lucky enough to get someone to help you their knowledge of their product lines and how to even consult the many catalogs they have is sketchy at best.
You better hope they got the order right because returns are a descent into customer service purgatory. I’ve ordered copper or special finish fixtures and got basic chrome. I’ve even been shipped stuff I didn’t even order. And again if you need to return it… good luck getting in touch with someone that can help. I’ve ended up so frustrated that I’ve started ordering from other sources and I don’t intend to use Ferguson as a source for products any longer.

The worst fucking customer service I have ever seen in Las Vegas where we are known to have the best service in the nation. They have beautiful fixtures but the staff is a bunch of old ladies that are there to socialize rather than help customers. I had to stand around for 20 minutes without anyone asking if I needed help. Asked a lady for assistance but she called someone else to help out but that person never came by until we decided to leave. Mind you there were more employees than customers in the store. I should of read all the reviews before stopping by this shitty ass customer service place before wasting my time. FERGUSON HIRE SOME PPL THAT ACTUALLY WANTS TO WORK. FUCK THIS PLACE.

DO NOT buy anything from this business! Great selection but rather terrible service! Could never get sales person return my call. I fell in love with great selection, did rather large order with them and… they lost any interest to my needs afterwards! Could not return a single item (!) without calling multiple times and meeting I person with general manager who is not even working from this location. Item was «special order» which was never mentioned to me when I was ordering it! Very regretful that I did give them almost $ 50 k, should’ve gone with their competitor Italian Kitchen who had better reputation.

I have been appliance shopping for the last year, ready to start my kitchen expansion. This place has one of the biggest showrooms that I know of in Vegas for lighting and especially kitchen appliances. They have a lot of high-​end kitchen appliances on display. This is perfect if you’re trying to decide between WOLF, Thermador, Viking, Sub-​Zero, Jenn-​Air, Electrolux, etc, and want to see and feel the finishes on everything. The people who work here are nice, but if you’re returning and want to see the same person you did on a previous visit, you should make an appointment with them, otherwise you will wait for 30 mins to an hour until they’re done with another client (I’ve had this happen to me twice, where I’ve just shown up to make my final decision and my salesperson is unavailable, so I left).
The main problem with this store is the hours of operation. They are only open until 5, so if you’re a 9 – 5 worker, you have to plan accordingly. Beautiful store.

Terrible customer service. Can’t recommend. I sure wish there was another place to buy supplies for my Big Green Egg and charcoal.

I have based this review on multiple visits to this store and can honestly say it’s probably the worst customer service we’ve ever had. My husband and I are closing shortly on a new home and wanted to get an idea of what the potential costs will be for our new kitchen and bath. I asked a question to a male employee and the guy answered us then ran out the door to speak to someone in the parking lot. Not sure if it was a personal issue or not but the service and cleanliness were subpar. There were broken bath doors, dirt, and dead insects everywhere. I wish that Vegas was able to have a more competitive market for appliances because there are relatively few choices for high end kitchen and bath fixtures in the city.

Yes, they have beautiful fixtures. Yes, their staff is helpful and friendly. But none of this makes any difference if you order thousands of dollars of fixtures and EVERY room has major errors. How would you like a shower head attached 2 feet off the floor? Or a set of fixtures in chrome that should have been copper? Showerarms where there should have been handhelds? Fixtures that don’t even fit? Maybe most of this will get fixed. But the incompetence that caused this in the first place cannot be fixed.
