For today, I will rank this store 1 star only. Last time, I visit this store the gentleman was very helpful and knowledgable about his product, he even gave me free Alkaline water as sample to take it home. That’s the reason why I came back. Kudos to him.
On the other side, I love to see ErickF do the same thing. Being kind, courteous and ready to assist the customer. He needs to sell his product not just being on the counter.

I shouldn’t have to even give a star because this place has the worst customer service. My wife was coaxed into getting the alkaline water that they sell and when she got home, I tasted it and it tasted worse than tap water. I actually have alkaline water service sent to my house and it tastes great. To make things worse, the guy I spoke with in the phone wouldn’t let me return my $ 20 water card to give me credit to buy some protein. I told him that I would never drink that water and he said it didn’t matter. This place is pathetic. The customer is always right. Anyways, do not buy their alkaline water. It’s bogus!

I hate going to this place. The only reason I go here is because the shakes are good. Other than the shakes, this place sucks. The workers are such douche bags.
One time I went in to buy a shake and this buff cloud looking guy who is obviously on steroids (synthol) tells the worker while making my shake, «why do people buy shakes, go f***ing eat instead.» And the worker just laughed. Complete douche bags.
I would not recommend going here, you will be judged.
Go to freddies nutrition, great guys and CHEAPER prices!
Plus nutrition rush always tries to sell their brand of products which is a complete knock off and waste of money, don’t fall for it.

I rarely review business’s but when you walk into a place for the first time and aren’t greeted, don’t know what products you sell, have higher prices then a place across the street, and then bash them and say ‘everyone is coming over here’. You don’t get my business and unfortunately left a bad taste in my mouth in trying a new business out. Train your staff to be friendly, and knowledgeable about the products you sell. Your staff shouldn’t say ‘it’s my second day’ sorry I don’t know what you’re talking about or looking for.’ Set yourself apart from the competitors, offer good service and never talk about your competitors.

Thank you Dylan Wright for the awesome experience. Extremely knowledgeable on supplements & thought me a lot about what to and not to take. Super Pharm products are the way to go! Stock up on more of the Peanut butter cup protein pretty please :) oh and the prices here are cheap! Smoothies are half the cost of LVAC’s. Oh and Steveo that works at this location is always on point with being 100% with customer service.

Incredibly friendly staff!!! Very helpful but not pushy. A good arrange of supplements, and pricing was good. Prices were clearly listed on each item. I will DEFINITELY be back to try the smoothies.
Also, if you mention you are an LVAC member, you get a discount! Happy shopping!

Super tiny store and the few items that had prices on them were expensive. Why no prices on everything? How do you even compete with online stores or Freddie’s slightly bigger selection across the street? Don’t see myself hitting this place up again.
