Stay away from this place. I started bringing my husband’s suits and dress shirts here because of the prices however, the shirts consistently come back wrinkled. I can do a better job ironing at home. When I complain, they do not offer to do anything about it and still expect to get paid for a job not done. In the last two weeks, they have ruined two shirts. They cam back with rips and then they tried to act as if I brought them in ripped. I asked to speak with a manager and I still have not heard back. I keep calling and leaving messages. Yesterday, the girl that works there called and said the owner is willing to pay me $ 19 for the shirt they ruined. These are Hugo Boss dress shirts and they cost between $ 125 and $ 145. I cannot believe how they treat their customers. I will not be returning. They lost a customer. I will find a more reputable business that will actually take care of their clients.

If I could give this place a 0 u would. Been coming to this cleaners for about 6 months everyone I go there I take between 20 and 25 articles of clothing mostly name brand shirts and pants. I’ve always told the manager Brenda to dry my clothes not wash. And she assures me they are always dry cleaned. Well bullshit. On my last visit I had 27 items. When I picked them up and brought them home everything was shrunk. every single shirt I had in there were shrunk. I called the store and there was a helpful girl her name was Kristine she tried contacting the main manager Isabel. Isabel never returned my calls there service is horrible they lie. The store manager is still going to call me back and it’s been 2 weeks and nothing yet. Do not take your clothes here they will surely mess them up

We’ve since made peace, but no apology ever offered. The employee simply acted as if nothing ever happened. Still the lowest priced, fastest cleaner in town.

Flair Cleaners on West Sahara ruined two pieces of expensive clothing. Both work garments had two holes in the sleeves and cannot be worn. Everything that comes back needs ironing. I do not recommend this dry cleaner or any of its affiliates for any services.
