Nail Quest

I was just there with my daughter. Wanted to have fills for both of us at the same time. I was passed up twice by other walk ins. while watching my daughter get get nails done, I watched her get burned, and cut. She was bleeding. That made me change my mind on letting them touch my hands. My daughters polish was not even and was on her fingers when we left. Her tech was Anna. Slow service and not worth the money.

I LOVE nail quest! My nails always look nice and they take their time with pedicures. Nice, new chairs/​stations. It’s hard to be a mom with a toddler and go get your nails done. They have always treated my daughter like family, one of their own! They give her as much customer service as they do me. They’re so friendly and it’s worth every penny to feel welcomed as a family. I love the atmosphere and have been a loyal customer for years. Amy is the new manager and is awesome! So is her team! It’s hard to find service like this in this town. You’re more than just «money walking through the door». They have regulars like myself who call well ahead and make appointments. Always suggested because they can get busy.

NO, NO, NO this is what I get for not going to my regular spot. I have a client on this side of town, I was was earlier than usual so I decided to get a pedi to let the time pass. Um, yea I should’ve just held out until the weekend b/​c I was treated to a Spa Pedicure with no SPA.
A basic damn pedicure for $ 23? Guess what, up the street from my aunt’s house (in Sn Diego), close to the bomb-​ass taco shop, I get the SAME treatment for $ 13, ijs… ijs.
2SATRS b/​c the staff was über nice and very, very clean. Here is what I’m used to:
— some type of bath salt for FEET, «calgon, take my feet away»
— a little lavender, ok I don’t know if it’s lavender or not but I sure do feel relaxed.
— deep, deep cuticle treatment (i’m a runner, pedicures are NECESSARY for runners). ddi I mention deep cuticle removal?
— nice pumice stone and removal of calluses and dead skin.(runner her)
— a little refexology, YES PLEASE
— filed, smoothed, shaped, DONE!
Um, yea so my experience at Nail Quest was NONE OF THE ABOVE, sorry. But they were very nice, just not for me.
They have REGULARS, they do. A lady came in with her 5yr old daughter, it seem like they knew each other very well, it’s just not for me
but this is just my personal experience, it may be different for you. Go check them out

Reading the bad reviews of this place makes me sad… but I imagine having the wrong technician can skew absolutely everything. But if you look, they’re either GREAT 5 star reviews, or HORRIBLE 1 star reviews. It’s all based off the personal experience and who worked on you, yes?
Under new management, I’ve seen this place owned by 3 different owners now over the passed 5 years I’ve been coming here and this one is definitely my favorite! Her name is Amy and she is very welcoming & sweet. She ensures everything is sterile and clean, and customer service is always her priority.
For years I’ve consistently come every 2 – 3 weeks for a nail fill & lip/​underarm wax with Christy. She was the 4^th technician I tried & I never went to anyone else ever again! She’s never in a rush, does an immaculate job, & is very accommodating to requests. Whether I want something simple or covered with rhinestones, her work just never disappoints! :)

Got Gel on nails and toes… They look great!

I received the worst French gel manicure of my life. It started off by me saying I like the shape of my nails now and that I’m trying to grow them a bit. I expected a light file. Nope totally changed the shape:(
She used a Dremel to lightly scrape the top layer of my nail which I hate because it ruins my nails until it grows out but I wasn’t asked it was just done. On top of that, she made all of my cuticles hurt and some bleed! One finger wouldn’t stop bleeding the entire time she did my nails! I Had to put neosporin all over them when I got home they hurt so bad!
I am a hairstylist so my nails do get a little brown from hair color so I said instead of the clear I would like a light pink so it covers it. We pick out two pinks one is opaque and one is sheer with a bit of sparkle. I like the sparkle but expressed my concerns of it not covering all the markings from the Dremel she said it would cover but it didn’t so I asked for her to put the other pink on top.
My nails look ridiculous! The sides of the nail bed are not painted. It looks streaky, I had gel polish all over my skin that I had to scrub when I got home and had to refile them! $ 38 and I hate my nails. Ill never go back. Right before my Wedding Trials/​Vacation to Lake Tahoe. Bummer.

I had an appt at a nail salon in the area but was bumped for a regular. I went here to get a gel fill and enjoyed every moment. The owner did my fill and they turned out GREAT. This is such an improvement from what the previous owners called a nail shop. So glad I came and found my new nail shop. WARNING this owner is not from Vegas she is honest AND doesn’t take any nail scammers crap… you know what I mean.

Great sutomer service! I reccomend. Im a little far from this nail salon but ill defiantly drive a little more to get my mani & pedicures. They werent able to do my little girls nails because it was busy and instead she gaved my daughter over 10 free nail polishes just to make her happy!

I really wish zero stars was a option. I’m not one to do reviews of good or bad places, but My nails have never been so poorly done. Extra glue all around my fingers that won’t wash off. Been washing my hands over and over and it’s still on me. So much air bubbles on my nails. You can see that my nails have no shine at all

Love love love this place everyone was super nice and professional Cindy did a great job on my nails ! They also have different pedicure packages I tried the pedicure deluxe and it was amazing ! Definitely coming back again!!!

Nasty and poor service. Prior owners were awesome but these new people take short cuts and the products seem to be 2^nd rate. Don’t waste you money

My friends and I wanted to hang out and get a mani/​pedi done for the 4 of us. This place said yes, they can accommodate the 4 of us. I should have known that it would be a fiasco.
The almost-​bald guy with glasses didn’t seem like he’d EVER done a pedicure before. I asked for French tips and the white part along the top of the nail was done badly. There was white nail polish between the nail and the skin. Some parts of the white portion weren’t even complete, meaning that the white stopped before the edge of the nail, making it look horrible. When it came time to apply the last coat of clear on, this almost-​bald man with glasses just smeared the clear polish all over my toes. He got the clear polish on the cuticles, all over the skin around the nail and in some places over the skin on top of the toe.
This is a horrible place. Don’t ever go. If you do go, please don’t allow the almost-​bald guy with glasses to take care of your nails. He doesn’t know what he is doing and he shouldn’t be there.

Great place! They have good descent prices and they will always go out of their way to make a customer happy. This is MY nail place and will not go anywhere else!

Props to this place. Went for a walk in mani-​pedi and received excellent service.
Picked option 3 for the pedicure. Which included sugar scrub and some type of cooling treatment. Such an awesome sensation.
Toes and fingers turned out wonderfully!

My nails kept breaking when I got them done at other shops. At the recommendation of the girls I work with I went here and my nails NEVER break or chip. Acrylic is done really well, and I always get the same girl doing my nails and she’s super nice.

I am very ticklish on my feet and don’t do pedicures because it’s almost torture for me. Not only did they not tickle me, I found the whole process very relaxing and enjoyable. They rolled with my crazy nail polish request (each toe a different color) and were very happy and chatty the whole time. I felt as if they cared about all of me and not just my ten digits. The salon was very clean, and I watched as they disinfected the tubs after my mother and I were done. The tool kits were sealed before they started. :-) We were walk ins — 3 of us at the same time — and they were able to work with us with a minimal wait.
I will definitely be back.

I got some coupons in the mail and decided to give this place a try. I got a mani/​pedi and I think that this is my new place! It is clean and everyone there was friendly. Tina did a wonderful job on my french pedicure. It was just perfect. I can’t wait to come back and get my toes done again!

This is your average nail salon. The have nice pepople working there, but it is just your run of the mill place. It is usually busy though, so go early in the day to beat the crowds.

We have owned a home in Vegas for the past 5 years and I had yet to find my nail salon here until now. Walked into this salon and loved the staff immediately. So I made an appointment for 3 of us and came back later that day.
We were taken immediately on time and pampered for at least 1.5 hours. My nails look AMAZING and perfect for Vegas fun. My husband was so relaxed he fell asleep in his chair. The staff is very knowledgeable and fun to talk to.
I finally have my Vegas nail salon!
