Walked into this place after I found it on Unilocal!My beard and hair needed a good clean up. I parked right in front and was attended too immediately. I sat in the chair and asked the lady «are you Bird?» And she said, «yes I am!» Sweet! Getting it done by the pro herself! I started telling her what I wanted and then just said «you know what your doing, I’ll shut up now» lol. And yeah. Mrs. Bird knew exactly what to do! Fixed me up tight and walked out feeling right! Definitely check this place out when you have a second. The Bird is definitely the Bird!

Excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE! I loved the atmosphere and the owner Bird made me feel very comfortable… all the barbers are professional and they CAN CUT; as well I loved the diversity of the staff and the clientele… other barbershops in the area should take some lessons. Everyone that comes through the door is treated with dignity and respect. «HATS OFF» to Hats Off Barber Shop. As a female, I feel that other barbershops in the area have chauvinistic owners/barbers…not good for business or customer service. That is why I highly recommend that women patronize this shop from now on; additionally there are no favorites whereas people are not allowed to jump in front of a client that has been waiting… first come first served for walk-​ins. You’re NUMBER ONE on Unilocal for a reason… KEEP up the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

My brother and I were looking for a place to get a haircut while visiting Las Vegas. From the phone call to entering the shop Ms. Bird provided top tier customer service. She was very friendly, efficient, and made you feel welcomed. She also gave a few suggestions of places to checkout while in the area. Great customer service + great cut = wonderful experience. Would definitely come back in the future if in Las Vegas! If your in the area give her a shot!

Showed up at 2 to get a haircut after calling and speaking to a barber on the phone who said they don’t take appointments but he’d be «in until 3 today.» Door is locked, no one is here, and the phone number listed doesn’t accept voicemails. Come on ya’ll! You gotta do better than this when running a business. Especially a minority-​owned business.

I found this shop when I first moved to Las Vegas, 3 years ago, I’ve been coming back ever since. All the barbers are excellent, friendly and knowledgeable. However, Bird, is the total package, great customer service and skills to match. Best barbershop in Las Vegas!!!

Went to Hats Off while on vacation on a recommendation. I was still a little nervous. Went straight to Justin. I left that Barber Shop looking brand new. If you need a shop to go to — this one you wont leave you disappointed.

Been in alot of barbershops before but Joe at this shop is by far the best baber I been to in Las Vegas they take there time, make sure your right before you leave that door. Remember ask for Joe make and appointment there always busy.

Visited this barber shop last Monday. Find this place by accident and though give them a try. That was greatest barber shop in Las Vegas. My favorite Barber shop is in San Diego, but in Vegas — this is the best!!! Try this guys and you’ll never go to any other barber shop. 100% recommended

I’ve been in Vegas since 1989 and I finally found a place that knows what’s up! I walked in and was able to be taken right away. I suggest making an appt though.
Check out the lovely Ms «Bird», she not only owns the joint but hooked me up with a bald fade and trimmed beard and some razor sharp lines that I haven’t found anywhere here in LV. The shop is a very chilled back atmosphere and clean. I’m looking forward to my next visit. Give this place a try. It’s really good!

Darius gave a nice cut to my son and I. We’re from New Mexico and it was great to find a barber who knows how to cut. Read the other reviews for the other shops. I chose Hats Off because it seemed drama free and it was.

Got a taper. Looks simple but hard af to do. Mostly black barbers but thats what i usually go for because fades and tapers are their bread and butter. Plus, they know how to cut asian hair which is a plus. This establishment has been here for awhile so they know what theyre doing. So if you coming off the street like you look like you coming off the street then stop by here and theyll do you right.

The wait was kind of long but the shop was clean, neat, and diverse. Thats some what of a rarity in California which is where I’m from. Joe is the man to see I love the way he does my kids line ups. Overall its a good barber shop.

My boyfriend waited 2 hours for NO haircut. It should just be an appointment only place if a walk in has to wait over 2 hours! Either that or they’ll only cut your hair if they know you. I guess if you are going to try this place it’s required to make an appointment. The sign in sheet is just a blank piece of computer paper and their TV is from 1998. Oh and there’s a piece of paper that says if you make an appointment be prepared to wait up to 15 minutes. Their chairs are probably from 1998 too. It’s dusty everywhere, their candy machine has no candy, and their arcade machine doesn’t work. I’m probably just being super critical because 2 hours for no service is ridiculous!

It’s best to make an appointment or come on Wednesdays so you won’t have to sit around and wait. The shop is decorated very odd like, but the barbers there are great. I’ve been going to Luiggi and never had a problem. Prices are reasonable and the atmosphere to talk shop is great. Cool little joint,

I really felt like I was at home from the first second I walked into the shop. I truly had one of the best hair cutting experiences in my life. I appreciated seeing such freedom, confidence, and cultural heritage. Bird is the owner and who help give me such a wonderful experience. She is a great barber. It seemed to me that all the other barbers in the shop were go as well.

Went in this morning because I was looking for a new shop in the area, a little closer to home. I was greeted by Darius when I walked in and set up an appointment for 12:30.
Now, I had done this at another local shop, and when I arrived, ended up waiting for over an hour. However, when I arrived at Hats Off at 12:30, I hopped right in the chair and Darius proceeded with my cut.
I know it sounds silly to be impressed with a barber actually honoring an appointment, but hey, things done changed.
Aside from the cut being exactly what I asked, the best part was the fact that there wasnt much conversation. I know some people like to speak to their barbers while in the chair, but I’d much rather he focus on the task at hand. And that he did.
So I would definitely recommend Hats Off. Darius got me right and I will definitely be back next week for a lineup.

Was at a local gym shooting hoops and needed a place for my son to get numbered up (see photo section). I asked a couple of locals and they recommended this place. It is a super chill barbershop. Luigi did exactly what I asked for. The price was fair. I couldn’t ask for anything more.
