I was a walk in for the first timm, and I didn’t wait and was greeted right off the bat by Ron. Great barber. So happy to find a barber and not a salon. Thank you Ron for making it so personal, You have a lifetime customer. It was very nice talking to you as you cut my hair and relate to a stranger in a city full of people that only want to be strangers.

Been a customer for a while there with Alex. Got there as usual for a haircut with him. Wait about 20 min next to him as he was doing hair to someone else. At the time he call me to the chair Alex start blaming on me cause I didn’t make an appointment. I told him np I can come back another day. He insisted to take me and I allowed him to proceed.
I didn’t knew about appointments since I been out of country for months as I told him.
after Alex start cutting my hair I have to stop him because he was hurting my head with is razor. He seems to be mad.
After all this my hair cut don’t even look like for what I ask for. Alex did a fast and mediocre service. I even have to insist for a towel to clean the hair of my face as he didn’t offer nothing .
At this point I was mad too and just wanted to leave this awful place.
I know I don’t have to pay for a rude service like this but I don’t want get into arguments for $ 21. I feel the charge on my card is only thing he did right and kind. He just took me because the money.
At the end I told Alex this is the last time he is going to see this customer and the only thing he said was «Ok bro»
If this is done to Alex customer who’s been there for a quite ago… How the service would be for a person who just walk in… We just don’t know in what kind of mood is this guy.
For this reason never again I will take my money somewhere else and I don’t recommend this barber to anyone

I was on vacation and stayed longer than anticipated so i needed a haircut. Drove by this place and tried it out. Alex cut my hair and he did a great job! Very nice and personable. Reasonably priced also at $ 19. I wish he cut hair where i live

So, I had been randomly selecting barbershops, being that I’ve already had five other barbers before. And on this day today, I called this barbershop and I’m glad I did. Not only was Alex welcoming, but it was very personable and professional. It’s really hard to find a really good barber in Vegas for ethnic black hair who doesn’t mess up your edges and hairline. And being that this is primarily a Caucasian/​Hispanic or people with straight hair, type barber shop, it was a gamble for me. But I asked over the phone if they did ethnic hair, and I was referred to Alex. He did a bomb ass job! And that’s all I’m going to say. Give this barbershop a shot.

Brought my friend here couple weeks ago and he loved it! It’s as close to a relaxed old time barber shop as I’ve seen. Alex cut his hair and it looked great. Each barber has their own little area with a shampoo bowl and this guy Alex gets down with his razor fade! Yes a real straight razor… he’s new to vegas from Cali so I was excited to see his technique on my friend, so I took my son in and got him an awesome little fohawk couldn’t be happier. So I have to say if you want a modern style and full service Barber check this guy out. It’s about $ 20 for the full service but worth every penny !! And this guys been cutting for over 7 yrs he’s the bomb! Thanks Alex

I recently got a haircut here for a job interview and it was hands down the best cut i’ve had in a longtime. I made it a point to search for a place that didn’t come straight out of the movie Barbershop and i knew as soon as a walked in that The Prime Cut was exactly what i was looking for.
The man who cut my hair was named Alex and he’s a phenomenal barber. His attention to detail is second to none and my favorite part of the entire experience, outside of the conversation, was watching him work. He is truly a master of his craft and I highly recommend anyone who is looking for an old school, no bullshit, haircut to try this place out.
I’ve had multiple people ask me about the haircut and I’ve made it a point to name drop both the barber and company.

I’ve been using these guys for 5 or 6 years (well, now it’s just one guy because the other one moved away).
When you walk in, you’re in the middle of a hair salon, but if you walk through to the back, you’ll see an old-​fashioned barber shop with two barber’s chairs.
I keep my hair pretty short (because it has turned very grey over the years).
I still can’t believe how much grey hair falls on my cape whenever I get a haircut.
Anyway, the owner and lone barber, has been cutting hair for a long time.
I go in once a month, and he’s always friendly.
I’ve never seen him not talk during a haircut.
I don’t know how he doesn’t lose his voice by the end of each day, but he’s always smiling, and willing to talk about any subject that you want to talk about.
And if you don’t feel like talking, don’t worry, because he’ll just do the talking for both of you.
After he cuts my hair, he get’s a handful of hot shaving cream and a straight-​edged razor, and gives me a close shave.
It always brings me back to when I lived in Brooklyn back in late 70’s, and used to go to this Italian barber shop that had been cutting hair for like a hundred years.
They recently raised their price for a haircut from $ 17 to $ 19, but that’s understandable.
I honestly don’t know what the average haircut costs anymore because I haven’t used any other barber. I remember that my first haircut in a barber shop cost $ 5.
There’s a TV in there and it’s always turned to a baseball, football, or basketball game, but I’m sure that he’ll turn the channel to whatever you want to watch.

An old fashioned type barbershop. No frills or fancy products here. The mismatched furniture makes this place a feeling of home. Just a good time chatting with a familiar friend while watching tv and getting a quality haircut for a fair price. Straight edge cuts are the classic here.
