Havaianas

Cute place to pick up a pair of flip flops to wear around the pool. They have a descent selection and all of them were really cute. I loved the giant flip flop in front.

I’m a flip flop connoisseur! It is also one the top reasons to live in Southern California… one can wear flip flops year round (it’s right up there with year round foods, such as avocados)!
Havaianas are one of my favorite brands due to their broad selection, durable quality and options for customization… Straight Outta Brazil!
The first time I purchased this brand was in Vegas hotel spa, so a bit of a déjà vu! However, this is the first Havaianas company store that I have seen or visited! The shop is located at the new Grand Bazaar Shops!
The shop had a end of summer/​beginning of fall sale on beach bags @ $ 20 (and they are x-​large) and don’t forget the matching beach towels! If you are needing some luck while you are in town, they have some flip flops that symbolize Las Vegas complete with studs of hearts, diamonds, clubs and spades! My personal favorites are the «slim glam»…I think I have purchased most the colors online!
And…please people… don’t go here and ask for «thongs»…that would require a trip to Victoria’s Secret for the correct item!

This little shop is in the heart of the Grand Bazaar Shops. All workers I’ve encountered have been friendly, and truly care about delivering quality sandals. I was interested only in wedges, and satisfied myself on a pair of neutrals and blacks. Havaianas are a higher quality sandal, noted for comfort and their studs.
There was a pair of display sandals that had pyramidal studs that went all along the tong portion. Sadly these studs weren’t in stock, but the lady who worked there felt uncomfortable decorating the sandals the same way with a different stud. She repetitively insisted that she didn’t want to ruin the quality of the sandal, which I appreciated… But was kind of unfortunate.
At the end of the day, I’m still I got a pair of comfortable sandals that aren’t the same as everyone else’s. These were definitely worth the small splurge on my small Vegas trip. Walking up and down the strip can be killer on anyone’s feet, and these definitely were comfy those kinds of days! The studs really added to make these flip flops look dressier, while maintaining their casual style.
