This is not a professional way to service customers. They even don’t how to smile and after the coffee done, they are too lazy to call people ! Never come back again.

This location had a giant line but not one that moved quickly. They have the typical products but have not figured out an efficient way to handle the crowds. I would say check out the other places near by unless you want to spend your trip to Vegas waiting in line in a mall food court.

Poor customer service especially by «Bobby» very abrupt and doesn’t smile. The prices are ridiculous for what purpose exactly? Almost double what I normally pay anywhere else. Good thing I don’t live here and will never be coming back.

What the hell… Waited for 25 minutes with a line out the door for coffee. Caution: they charge you for everything soy milk flavoring etc. my normally moderately priced Americano cost more than a fancy pumpkin latte. The passion iced tea was nearly 6 dollars. And the lady working there was incompetent. They should require people be comfortable with English before they hire them to take orders.

In Tower 1 at the MGM Signature — love to have a Starbucks right down stairs. I’ve never encountered a line, but maybe I go at off times. Today Bobby greeted me my name which was so nice. I was excited this trip to see they finally have the bar code readers so I can pay with my phone!!! And the new dairy dispensers, too. Very fancy. They aren’t open late, but I understand. The staff is friendly, efficient and always gets my order right. Kudos Baristas!

Such a luxury to have this Starbucks at the lobby while staying at the Signature. My friends and I stayed in Tower 2 and the Starbucks is located at the bottom of Tower 1. It’s a short walk from the elevator and waaay shorter than walking to the MGM for anything similar. I went down to Starbucks once a day to have my morning classic coffee cake($ 4.50). It was good and just what I need to start my day. The friendly staff would also ask if you wanted it served warm or as is. That’s a nice touch. I always got mine to go as is. I also got the requisite slices of lemon loaf($ 4) for my friends our last morning there. It’s a small space, as you might expect. Some seating on each side. Both tables and couch like seats. Again, the convenience of having it so close to the rooms while staying at the Signature trump the prices everyone else is complaining about. The pastries I got were the same price as the Starbucks inside the MGM. I went to both and verified.

Convenience comes at a price. One of the most expensive Starbucks I’ve ever visited. But then again, I’m not feeling much for a walk to the MGM casino for a cheaper coffee and longer lines. Face it, it’s Vegas. All convenience is overpriced and we still come. Calculated risk. Barista is working here for years and(were)always very friendly. Only thing I regret is that Starbucks doesn’t have the toasted bread with ham and cheese and salads any more. Just sweets or things with eggs. Update: after two very bad experiences within one week with very rude staff I have to reconsider the stars. Giving it not more than two stars. This rude service together with these prices leave me no choice. I filled two complaints with Starbucks.

Nice and convenient that it’s inside the Signature, but really overpriced compared to a normal Starbucks. No names on the drinks which always leads to confusion. It’s a great thing to write costumers name on the drink, so why not do it here?

Located in Tower 1 of the MGM Signature Suites. Clean and efficient. Charge to your room and the Mlife points are automatic.

Conveniently placed but their lines are crazy long and their items are over priced. A plain croissant costs more than my coffee. They do, however offer free hot water which is great!

I don’t understand why this Starbucks has such bad reviews! I stayed at The Signature at MGM Grand in tower 3 for 5 days and visited this Starbucks for 3 of those 5 days and had 0 problems. Each time I went in there, no one else was in there and my drinks were made very promptly. The staff was friendly and my drink tasted very good.

I thought I had been to the slowest Starbucks ever. This one is slower. You know what I want to do in Las Vegas? Sit in Starbucks for half an hour waiting for a frappuccino. Luckily, it only took 3 times to get them to put espresso in the drink.

This one is located in the MGM Signature, but if you’re here then AVOIDATALLCOSTS! This has got to be one of the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Not only is it more expensive than other Starbucks, but their baristas do a terrible job at making drinks. Easy on the ice does not mean fill the cup halfway with ice. The teas/coffees themselves taste diluted and somewhat tasteless and watery. I’m not bagging on this Starbucks because it’s Starbucks, but for once because they do a terrible job at making anything decent. Came here three times within two days and they got none of my friend’s or my drinks right. Oh and it doesn’t matter if you are a gold member or not, you still get charged extra for getting soy here. Bleck!
