Stein Mart

Great products, lots of sales, store always looks clean, I keep on coming back because I always feel better than when I came in.
This last time I had a return and Lauren helped me,
She was super friendly and GREAT customer service, even though I didn’t have my receipt when I came in, she went out of her way to help me.
Ive had different people each time and the experience is the same!

I’ve been to this store several times now. Always interesting to walk around but Ithink it’s like Ross or Marshalls you just have to «hit it on the right day». So far nothing compelling or any great deals but since its in the same shopping center as several other stores that are fun, why not drop in?

Just had the best ever experience! I stopped in to pick up some hats for my sick mom. She was to sick to come into the store so I was buying hats and returning hats. I decided to ask an employee if I could leave my phone or some sort of «collateral» so I could just bring some hats out to the car for her to try on. He suggested he just walk outside with me and that would be fine. It was the perfect suggestion and saved me a ton of time and heartache.
I want to give a special shoutout to PABLO. He went above and beyond for my mom today. He was kind, considerate and thoughtful. I was a basket case and he was just a nice guy and didn’t make either of us feel awkward.
The selection of hats at SteinMart was great! Perfect selection for summer. All hats were 25% off today so that saved me some cold hard cash!
The new location up off Sahara and Hualapai is very open and welcoming. They have a great selection of clothing for all your shopping needs. From dressy to casual. They have men’s clothing and great housewares too!
Parking is ample and there are places to lock up your bike.
As an added note, my mom asks who it was that helped me. When I told her it was Pablo she was so excited. She said he worked at the old location and has always been a friendly guy!

Terrible cashier’s on a Friday afternoon. One in a St Patrick’s outfit is shooting the breeze with a store manager that’s getting off shift and buying personal items. A line backing up and both are clueless. Second cashier selling to an associate getting off shift and decides she wants stuffed animals. Walks off and cashier snaps at a customer for asking what’s the deal. Other patrons start to speak up and they finally call for a back up cashier… its a culture like this that will kill thus company if it’s allowed to spread.

I was growing tired of the regular stores in the area so I decided to give the new Stein Mart a whirl.
The store is well-​organized and clean. They have plenty of stock and prices are decent for the quality of product. I’ll likely be back for more shopping.

Love that many holiday items are already out!
Lots of designery stuff that the 35 plus crowd should love! You can get a bright skirt, lingerie and new wine glasses all at a decent price.
Store was spotless and it just opened September 26.
Should not turn into the hot mess that is many Ross and/​or Marshalls stores.
