This review is to let those crane game enthusiasts know what exactly goes on here. They have«up & across» crane game. If you don’t know what this is, it’s you get two buttons and only get to move one time on each button. Once up and then once across. The employees place pluishies(Stuffed animals) just so, so they are out of reach for the crane to touch them. The crane doesn’t move all the way to the back or all the way to the side. VERYSHADY!!! The other kind of crane game is called«trap door» This is when a plushie is in a trap door compartment and you stop the moving lighted wheel to gradually open up the trap door to release the plushie. This crane game is fine, but what they do is even more shady. If the employees see that the trap door has more than one item in the trap door, they will open up the machine and throw back the extra item. This machine is known to have multiple prizes inside the trap door. (Watch youtube videos from different arcades and Dave & Busters) Matt3756 on youtube for example. They also have a double crane game inside the bowling alley which is HIGHLYRIGGED. One side of the machine has a screw loosened just enough so one of the clamps doesn’t clamp down hard enough on the prizes. So to all of the crane game enthusiasts out there that love playing these games like I do, go somewhere else or better yet, play official SUGARLOAF machines. SUGARLOAF machines are reliable and can have prizes won with shady tactics being done to get your money.

If I have some time to kill before a movie at the Orleans, I like to step in here for a few minutes. I’m a big kid when it comes to arcades! I love the selection of games they have. Kid games in front and games for the teens and fun loving adults towards the back. They have my favorite arcade game series here(Time Crisis) and they even have a stand up Mrs. Pac Man machine for all the old school gamers too! There is also a prize center like Chuck E Cheese to redeem all the tickets you win. The staff was friendly and helpful as well. When business started picking up, they were a bit overwhelmed with glitching machines, lost tokens and games that needed tickets but they were still able to keep everyone happy. Overall, great spot to kill some time or take the kiddos for a little R&R.
