Venetian Phantom Theater

Been here once during my Oct 2013 trip and it was a beautiful and large theater. It’s of course located in the Venetian hotel. During my visit here, we went to see the comedy show Dane Cooke. The staff was friendly and helpful with trying to accommodate us with the whole mixed up we had for our party of 7 because we were staying at the Palazzo Hotel (next door) and we booked it through the front desk so we wouldn’t be taxed and somehow the theater never received our ticket booking and confirmation… It literally took about 30 – 45 minutes to sort out and with 2 managers and 3 workers involved. In the end they did get us our seats so that was good but come on it was not fun waiting there all annoyed and agitated.

Been here on several occasions/​events. The most recent was really memorable. Smokey Robinson and Michael Bolton… This theater is huge and very plush. The staff are very friendly and get people in and out in an efficient manner. The drinks right outside the theater are reasonably priced and the restrooms are just a few steps away. Always a great place to watch concert!
