Nothing to complain about with this establishment. Whatever I bring over to get professionally cleaned gets back to me on time, looking good. I’ve brought a mink blanket, my mom’s MK coat, and my brother’s JROTC uniforms. The lady that runs it is always nice too.

I have patronized WON Cleaners for about 6 months. Initially, I was very satisfied with the quality of my dry cleaning and laundry. However, over time, the quality diminished and I found the merchant very defensive and rude about redoing problems. That came to a head this week when I brought an expensive dress shirt back for damage to the collar. I was asked what I wanted for the shirt. I gave her a number, she agreed to give me credit for that amount but would not want my business going forward. When I asked why, she said I complain too much! Let’s see, I brought back 3 garments that were not properly laundered over 6 months. Each time, she acted as if I was demeaning her or their work. All I have to say is that I am a easy-​going business person who is sensitive to my customers issues, problems and fixes them. This business has shown me they have no such tolerance. They rate NO STARS in my opinion

Best dry cleaning in town, i moved south of here and tried the places around where I lived and all were underwhelming made the trip up here to have then do it right

These folks are outstanding. When we moved to Vegas, one of my big concerns was finding a good dry cleaner. I had a great cleaner up north and wanted someone who would take good care of my clothes when I brought them in to be clean. Won Cleaners does that and more. Clothes are perfectly cleaned and pressed, mending repairs are meticulously taken care of, and pleats are always perfectly done.
Customer service is outstanding too — I’m always met with a smile and greated by name. Pricing is really good too — I always leave feeling like I’ve gotten a bargain given what a great job they do here. I really could not ask for more.

I come here for my clothes alterations. She charges 20 $ for a pants taper and 15 $ to let the pants out.
I have taken several pairs of pants there before and am happier with her tailor services than any other in town.

I have to agree with the previous review. Won Cleaners has great customer service. The owner really makes you feel like a valued customer and friend. Strange but in Las Vegas customer service is sort of a rare thing and at this cleaners you really get special treatment. Great place to patronize.

I haven’t had any problems whatsoever with the service that this cleaners shop has to offer! I’m greeted every single time I come inside and am treated like I’m some big shot CEO of Wells Fargo Bank or something. I come here each time I need a suit altered or need an emergency press. I don’t know how many times I’ve turned to them to make a quick fix for a suit I need the next day. They’ve taken care of me each every single time.
I was recommended to come here word of mouth from a good friend of mine that is really particular about his suits as I am and trusted his good judgement. I recommended this place to everyone who needs to get things done really quickly because sometimes, all you have is that last minute to do something. They don’t charge me extra if I need it the next day, I just make sure with clear instructions that I will have it when I need it (past experience with other cleaners and tailors have forced me to do this).
P. S. Be nice to the person who takes care of your expensive clothing :)
