I went today and had a really good experience. The gallery is very nicely set up and beautiful inside. The dressing room was very spacious and so comfortable. I felt like I was the only person in the shop! I think I may have been. The store is quiet during the week, according to our consultant.
I had Janice helping me out today. She was so nice and helpful! She picked perfect dresses for me that matched what I wanted. She was helpful with answering questions my mom and I had and giving her opinion when asked. She knew a lot about the fabrics and the designers and was very professional. I felt really comfortable throughout the experience.
The dresses Janice pulled were gorgeous!!! I loved most of the dresses I tried on. They have a very good selection. They are priced from about $ 1400-​$ 3000. I looked at a lot of dresses that were $ 1700-​$ 2000. I found the dresses to be well-​priced for how intricate they are.
I fell in love with one dress but did not commit yet because I have one other appointment I want to go to. I may be back! If not, I would definitely recommend Yvonne’s to anyone in the area looking for dresses. Beautiful selection of dresses!

Went here looking for prom dresses with two of my friends the other day and it was honestly fantastic. The staff is superrrr friendly and helpful, plus they’re always willing to take dresses off the mannequins if you want to try them on. I asked to try on probably three or four dresses that were on mannequins and they were so nice when you’d probably expect someone to get annoyed after a while. They have a great selection of prom dresses (which have their labels, by the way) and all of them have these tags saying their size and what other colors the dress comes in which is handy. The store was pretty busy but they definitely had enough people working because there was always someone ready to answer your questions. Definitely would shop here again

Yvonne’s was the first place that I was looking for my bridal gown. Once I stepped into the store it was like nothing else I felt. We had our own suite to try on my dress with my mom and my bridesmaids there with me. The woman that assisted me understood what type of dress I was looking for and listened to everything we were saying. The 7^th dress I tried on, was «the one». I am so happy that I had my experience at Yvonne’s, I will always remember that special day. Thank you!!!

Yvonne personally spent over 3 hours working with me helping me find the perfect dress. She listened carefully and was enthusiastic about her dresses and helping me find something I love. I have been to many bridal shops in Syracuse, Albany, Binghamton, and NYC and found my experience with Yvonne to be the most fun and rewarding in every way! The prices are excellent, the dresses are unique, and the customer service is unlike anywhere else I have been. I highly recommend this bridal salon.

I bought my wedding dress here. It was very reasonably priced and I had a 15 foot train. The measurments were perfect from head to toe. Did not need one stich done to it for alterations expect for the bussel. Even the length was perfect. My soon to be sister in law just git her dress here also and said how great of an experience she had here with a helpful and freindly staff. We are going bridesmaid dress shopping there this weekend.

I am an out of town bride (I live in MD to be exact) and have some bridesmaids that live in upstate NY. I contacted Bridal Gallery by Yvonne to inquire about ordering dresses for those who live in NY and those who live elsewhere. I was instantly assisted on the phone and all of my questions were answered. When I decided I wanted my bridesmaids to all order their dresses from this shop, I contacted Bridal Gallery by Yvonne again, but this time through a late night e-​mail. I received a response right away and was reassured that everyone in my party would be attended to and the orders would be placed all at once. I have to say, for a bride that lives hundreds of miles away and who wants everything to work out perfectly for her bridesmaids, this shop has helped tremendously! I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

FACT: Found a dress I loved and was told it was one designer MULTIPLE times by the owner and the staff only to find out after some research that owner and staff lied to me, my friends and family about the dress so we couldn’t comparison shop. Dishonest.
FACT: Rips tags out of dresses. Why does I shop need to do that if they are a quality business?
Go anywhere else to get honest help on your special day!

I enjoyed looking for my bridesmaids dresses here. The staff was friendly and helpful but not pushy. They have dresses organized by color and length so it was easy to sort through what you like and don’t.
They were on the pricey side. I found exactly the same dresses I liked here for less at two other local shops.
I had to seek out some help to get any, but the staff was nice once I got their attention. If you’re looking to spend some time on your own, they will let you poke around. They were not as attentive as other places I visited, but they did spent some time with me talking about accessories.
My big problem is that they cut the designer’s tags out of the dresses to sew their own logo in with their own cataloging system. I think that’s a dirty little trick so if you find a dress you love you can’t find it anyplace else.
I had done my research and recognized many of the dresses but they were very hush-​hush about who they carried. Don’t bother bringing a camera with you.
