Haven Acres Marina Bar & Grill

I use to come in on Thursdays for the Burger deal but get there early, a motorcycle gang starts rollin in around 4pm, they block the front door AND ARE ALLOWED TO OPENLY SMOKE POT. Be careful on all you can eat shrimp nite, they will run out of shrimp. And if you order a burger to go, check it before you leave.

My dad and I went here last night. Great food and drinks at a very affordable price. We got the sampler, it had a big selection of everything for $ 16. It was amazing! We both go two glasses of wine each too. Total was $ 36 before tip. You really can’t beat the price, ambiance, food and just an overall experience. Our server Caitlin was awesome too, great server and super sweet. Really recommend this place!

The bar is awesome — great drinks — the Bloody Mary’s are great. The food was mediocre– hamburger were frozen patties and the chili was canned. Server was very nice but very busy so not great service. I would come here again for drinks and music but stop some where else to eat on my way here.

this could be a hidden gem, but it’s inconsistent. Sometimes it’s rockin’ and fun but other times, like last night theres no one there except ten screaming little kids climbing all over (and behind) the bar and playing on the drum set. The staff didn’t even say anything and it was Saturday night (wtf!) Unfortunately, we had to leave. normally I’d love the family atmosphere, but staff really needs to take control when the parents obviously can’t.

Awesome bar in the middle of a trailer park! How does it get better than that? Food is pretty good and the drafts are cold. Both are cheap! The covered patio and delta view is relaxing. I’m here on a Wednesday afternoon and it’s pretty quiet but $ 5 in the jukebox makes everything so sweet. Been here for Taco Tuesday which is fun. Even better is Sunday when everyone is jamming out. Love this place!

OK, this is a little dive bar that lives in a trailer park. It is seriously worn out and weathered. I don’t think they’ve bought a new piece of furniture since the 70’s. The only saving grace is that this place sits right on the river, so if you don’t mind sitting in torn up chairs and using wobbly tables, the view and the breeze are excellent.

Did a midweek land cruise thru the south Delta today with a stop at King Spearit for an 11lb/​5kg crate of Asparagus fresh from the field, Then continued siuth into Tracy. down old 11^th street. Wound up with a great Bacon BBQ Cheeseburger and a brew at Haven Acres. Nice afternoon ride.

What a great place to finish your weekend and listen to so awesome music by Mike Torres. Good food and beer and good times.

Today, 28 Feb 2015-​Saturday, is my first time at Haven Acres. At first this place looked kind of sketchy because of its location, but it is not bad at all. I got an Ortega Burger ($ 7) and a beer ($ 2) (Really cheap) and for being sober at a bar and grill, it was pretty good. The inside’s small yet cozy. When I walked in, it looked like they were setting up for live country music if that’s what you’re into. Out back is the levee where there’s outside seating. It looks absolutely gorgeous outdoor when the sun is setting. Overall pretty good experience. I’d definitely come back here again.

Fun place. Food? Is just ok. Nothing to rave about… it would be a plus if they brought in. Better selection of beers!

It was not as good as usual. The beer wasn’t real cold. The fries were cold and the food was ok. This is my forth tine there and this was the worst! So I am curious why?

Food is good, prices are good. There are usually a lot of friendly people here, but the staff is what give this only 2 stars. I come here often and usually get horrible slow service but I keep coming back as my mother likes the location. I would like to add not all the staff is bad but unfortunately it only takes one or two people to make you have a bad experience.

Took 11 people to lunch there, including at 100+ year old lady. Wonderful casual atmosphere, delicious food, great service, excellent menu, reasonable prices. We all had such a great time! A real hidden gem in Lathrop, right on the river! Thank you Rich and team for a wonderful afternoon!

What a cool place to party. The food is even on point. Freindly staff, great view of the water and all the boat action. Definitely coming back.

So happy we tried this quirky delightful place! The staff is friendly and the food was good and very well priced. We had BBQ bacon cheeseburger, Ranch bacon cheeseburger, chili burger, and chicken strips with fries and onion rings. We enjoyed everything we ordered. My son and I each had a half of each of the bacon cheese burgers. We both agreed that we liked the BBQ bacon cheeseburger over the ranch bacon cheeseburger. Fun place to spend an afternoon!!!

Friendly service, great prices for drinks and food was surprisingly good! Nice place to hang out with friends. Dart boards and pool table.

Talk about interesting…
So you drive allllllllll the way out to the end of the road, out to where you think you’re gonna be trespassing on someone’s property and you might get shot and you end up in a trailer park and there’s what looks like a dive bar and it just happens to serve food as well.
If it hadn’t been for a fellow Unilocaler I probably would have never even gone in this place… it really is in the middle of a trailer park, has lots of bikers that hang out there and has a dirt parking lot.
Being a Thursday the burgers and fries were on special… the cheese sticks were AMAZING, I would order them again. The fries were darn crispy and the burger was fresh, bun included.
Cheap prices, interesting atmosphere, just a little out of the way for my taste… but if you are in the area I would totally tell you to stop by and check it out. I hear the view during the day next to the river is interesting as well.

Peaceful, quiet, serene…
Outside on the patio… the laughter and quiet chatter of people enjoying their food and each others company.
Inside at the bar… a bit louder… especially when their favorite team scores.
Thursdays only…
$ 2.50 hamburgers (cheese .20 extra)
$ 3 specialty burgers
$ 1 onion rings
$ 1 French fries
$ 0 for the pleasant atmosphere
I sampled the burger, rings and fries… and had a very weak Pepsi to drink.
I enjoyed the rings (frozen) more than the fries although the fries were not bad.
The burger was soft, the meat was fresh cooked with the normal lettuce,
tomatoes, pickles and onions on it.
I won’t say how many burgers I ate… let’s just say more that one! lol
This not a high class joint. It is part of a trailer park. You can arrive by
car or by boat… wearing your swim suit would be ok, I presume… at least out
on the patio.
the cons:
The patio faces west… so that means it gets direct sun in mid to late afternoon.
Bring your shades. Earlier in the day they have shade netting covering the patio
so it’s not too bad.
Outdoor chairs could use a dusting.

Pepsi machine needs adjusting… very weak and watery.
I will return. I purchased a couple of discount certificates from
and will probably use them next time.

Came upon Haven Acres while searching for Bar & Grills around us. SOOOOOO Happy we tried them out. Love this place, the owners are super cool, the food was good and the beer was nice and ice cold. You are right on the river and they have a launch for boating. The view is awesome and you can sit outside, watch boaters and have a great time.
Can’t wait to go back!!!

Stopped by on a Thursday evening. The place was busy. I received fast friendly service. Thursday is Burger Night; I think they are $ 2? I had a great meal. The sunset view over the river was fantastic.
I was told they are under new ownership.
Looking forward to my return trip.
