First off, the store has moved to 605 SEVENTH ST, Laurel, MD. It’s a new store, and much cleaner. Good selection of drinks. No gas pumps.
However, the service here is agonizingly slow. One clerk for EVERYTHING means a long wait. Excuse me, 7 – 11, what part of CONVENIENCE are you missing? I had a hard time making the clerk mopping the floor (and, no, there wasn’t a spill, it wasn’t pressing) understand that she needed to take over a register while the woman in front of me played candy store with scratch-off lottery tickets. («That one… no that one… no, the other one…)
I just wanted to pay for my Slurpee and get out of there and get home. Serves me right for not going to Royal Farms instead.

Only stop here in an emergency, and try not to have said emergency after dark.
The store is dirty, and not in a great location. Also, oddly enough, the Handicapped parking spot is farther fromthe door than most of the other spaces. (?!)
