It’s Papa Johns. I don’t expect much outside of a pizza without hairs or other foreign objects. It took an unusual amount of time to get my pizza, but I was more disappointed that they got my order wrong. The toppings I ordered didn’t match the toppings on the label on my pizza box. Not sure how that happens, but I won’t be quick to order from them again. Probably will just do carryout at Three Brothers.

Ordered delievery online tonight. The site said my order would arrive in 30 – 40 minutes. I called after I waited for an hour and the employee who answered the phone said the driver had my order along with several others but he’d «been gone for awhile» so it should arrive soon. When the driver arrived he asked what we ordered, we had to tell him while he fished around for it. He left our soda in the car so it’s a good thing he asked what we’d even ordered to begin with. The pizza, wings and chicken poppers were all cold. Probably because they arrive 45 minutes later then they were supposed to. I feel sorry for all the people that were still waiting on their food! Disappointment all around.

I was really stoked for his pizza because I’ve always had great pizzas from Papa John’s. It took a little bit longer for delivery than I would have liked, but not a big deal. It finally arrived and I was ready to dig in, BUT… THEPIZZAWASNOTCUT. ITCAMEASONEBIGPIECE. WHATTHEHECK. HOWDOESTHATEVENHAPPEN!!! So yeah, that was disappointing, but the pizza tasted great. Just a little peeved that it wasn’t cut. Yall had one job PJ people…

I called this Papa Johns in Laurel by mistake for delivery. I was placed on hold for an extremely long time. Carlos, the shift manager comes on with this stern militant voice. He did not apologize for the wait. He did eventually tell me I called the wrong location. I stated how long I had to wait to even speak with someone. He replied he could give me the other store’s location. Before I could respond, he hangs up. According to the recording, this store has been recognized & rewarded for its service. I do not know why or how with Carols around. It is sad how someone like him has a job in customer service but lacks the ability to display such. I do not see how he made it to a Manager. I will calling the General Manager.

I love this Papa Johns. When I ask for little cheese, that’s what I get. When I ask for no cheese, that’s what I get. I have never had a problem with the pizza taking too long, the pizza being cold when it was delivered, or a delivery person that did not know what they were doing. the delivery person has never gotten lost either, or lost my phone number. this Papa Johns does everything right, and I’m going to stick with them.
