Pizza Hut

I am not a fan. The service was incredibly slow (30 minutes for carry out, 2 hours for delivery). The staff was not professional and it was off putting. Beyond the wait time and team, the pizza (medium meat lovers pan pizza) was not tasty. I was disapponted and will not return.

Let me start off by saying that our food came late and ²⁄₃ of our order was cold. We ordered the dinner box that included the pizza, cinnamon sticks and bread sticks. As soon as we received it, we served and began to eat. The pizza was excellent, but the bread sticks were SO hard and cold! Usually, when i first get an order, thr food is so hot I burn my mouth if i try to eat it. Pretty much not very edible. The cinnamon sticks were hard as well except only half of each stick was hard. I have eaten here before and never had such an issue but I will most likely never order from here again! The two stars was for the pizza but pretty decent.

Pizza was hot and good. But not up to standards of what I expect from Pizza Hut in general. The dough wasn’t an airy fresh dough, and the crust wasn’t crispy on the bottom or at all … It seemed like the pizza was originally frozen and reheated — not made fresh. This place is more like a «Pizza Hut style Pizza Hut». However I was starving and yes I wolfed down two slices — still had the Pizza Hut flavor just not the drool worthy gold standard that I associate when I think Pizza Hut.
Not up to par. But, was alright. So there!

This is the worst pizza hut in Laurel… every time I order from here they can never get my order correct… then I have to wait a next 15 – 20 for my new order to be correct and on top of that they hesitate to give me a discount for screwing up… Double check your orders before leaving the store. This location needs new management ASAP!!!

When I buy pizza this is the place I go to for take out on my way home from work. I love the easy online ordering and coupons they send me for great deals. The food is always hot and exactly what I ordered each time. My order is always ready on time and fast pick up at the counter.

Food tasted like a wet dog. Dont ask. I dont want to relive that.
It all started with a craving on a Thursday night. Im like hey PH has those new crazy flavors. So I order on my cell phone. 1 hour 54 minute delivery time. WAIT WHAT? My phone must be wrong. Whats worse is they dont give u the delivery time estimate till AFTER you purchase. So I call up after several unsuccessful attempts at connecting and the rep indeed confirms the 2 hour delivery time.
So Im like bump that Ima pick it up. I start reading the reviews on my way to pick it up. (Kinda counterintuitive I know.) Reviews not good.
I walk in to see a dirty restaurant, workers look like they were in a jail scuffle (ooo thats mean) its true. Saggy pants, you pullin up your pants while u makin my pizza? SMH
My pizza tasted awful like the smell of a wet dog. Wings were dry and sauce was scarce.
Dont go here. Save ur time and tummy. Head over to Blaze Pizza its not delivery – I know – but its fresh and tasty.

I received a cold pizza. I called and spoke to the manager who repeatedly kept telling me «the driver said the pizza was hot». Nothing is worst than a cold pizza, I told him I would like my money back he then told me I needed to bring the pizza to them and he’ll give me a refund. What kind of customer service is this?

Perfect Order.
Ordered a thin crust, a pan and the buffalo hot wings. The driver showed up in great time. He was very polite. The order was correct and the food was cooked well (esp the wings, they were great).

I’ve been sitting in their parking lot and it’s been 30 min PAST the time our order was said to be ready. Still nothing. We’ve even came in to let them know we’re still out there waiting. FOR CARRY OUT. JUST STOP AND GO TO THE NEXT PIZZA HUT BECAUSE WE’LL PROBABLY STILL BE WAITING.

Worst Customer service EVER!!! Very Rude and unperfessional, They dont answer the phine and when they do they hang up on you. The cooks dont wear gloves and look dirty, The whole take out looks dirty! The pizza order was incorrect and burned. Dont eat here really you will be disapointed. Pizza Hut needs to be more selective in who they hire. Very Horrible BAD BAD BAD!!!

I tried this place for 50 cent «Wing Wednesday». Worst wings I’ve ever had. Greasy, yucky, nasty, salty. The pizza, however is pretty good although it is overpriced.
