Panda Express

I hate this place! My 6 year old on the other hand loves coming here for chicken teriyaki and rice. Literally every time I come just to order that they NEVER have it ready! «We just ran out, it’s a 10 minute wait for it». And of course my kid insists on waiting! Today the wait was supposed to be 10 min, it ended up being 19 minutes! And when they finally brought the black charred chicken they were out of teriyaki sauce! Fml, «ma’am, it will be another 3 minutes wait for the sauce». Why oh why do they wait until the dish is completely empty before they start the next batch!!! The lobby was not terribly busy so not having the time is not an excuse. Save yourself a trip, unless of course your time unlimited. Then by all means, hang out and wait for subpar food!

Slow to no service! No manager on duty. When I asked when the manager will be in, they told me Thursday. Today is Tuesday! They misrepresented dark meat chicken for white meat. Total lack of customer service. I won’t be back.

Ordered black pepper chicken/​orange chicken nice serving fried rice a little dry if that makes sense, need extra soy sauce and possible they need to get so type of signature sauce for dippers like myself, like the idea of flavored teas, lunch for 2 $ 20 entrée/​drinks

We usually hit up Panda Express on our dreaded grocery shopping night. You really can’t go wrong with most of their dishes, although I tend to stay away from the fried dishes, like Orange Chicken, which is tasty, but fried. LOL. I always get the veggies instead of chow mein or rice, so this makes for a pretty healthy meal.
This location can be hit or miss though, as sometimes when we arrive, they don’t have veggies and have to make more, which means they are going to be very al dente style (too crispy). But for what it is, a quick meal that is fresh and tasty, it’s definitely a winner in my book!
