I went into the store today to get some thank you notes printed from a pdf file. First, I waited in line for several minutes because there was only one employee in the print center and he was helping another customer. Finally another employee walked up and I was told she could help me. I told her what I needed (the pdf file printed on 5×7 cardstock), only to be told that they don’t have that size paper, but she could print it on 8.5×11 cardstock, which meant that had I allowed her to do that, I would have had to cut out my thank you notes from the middle of the cardstock. So I waited in line for a long time, only to be told that they can’t print on 5×7 paper. Needless to say, I walked out of the store very frustrated and without what I needed.

Adam in the service center is polite, but has a difficult time with multiple customers. I was served after someone I arrived ahead of, and the documents I wanted to print out were printed without a sample. Turned out fine– but if there had been a mistake I would’ve been stuck with quite a few wasted prints. Probably would have been better if fewer folks were waiting on him or if more staff had been around to help out.

I would have left 0 stars if I could. I must say, I am absolutely disgusted by the behavior of a «J P» employee who was being completely rude and unprofessional towards some customers (who both walked away).
He was getting so angry and impatient to the point where his face was turning red, and the guy was so soft spoken towards him but he did have a bit of an accent (maybe Middle Eastern). I kept hearing him say «well now you know!» Etc. and when the guy was about to leave, the customers behind him said «it’s ok», trying to consult him and his response was «he’s just mistreating me, I don’t know why». It broke my heart. Never have I been so disgusted! Won’t be back at this location with such crap service!

Terrible, terrible customer service at the print center. Takes forever to drop off and pick up anything, including my small binding order. I never got a call to let me know it was ready either, like they had promised. When I did go pick it up, I stood and waited for almost 30 minutes. Go elsewhere for your printing needs.

I only go here once every 6 months for toner and printer paper. The store is clean and easy to find things. The clerk was helpful and friendly.

I came here to get a photo blown up for a present for my sister. I came right at close and there were three people needing assistance. The worker, his name was Michael or Mark… I don’t remember, anyways, he assisted all three of us quickly and efficiently… at the same time. He kept printing my photo till it was perfect! I was very happy with the final product, the price, and the service.
