Pizza Hut

This establishment was a $&@? Hole. No service at all. Disgusting floors and tables, trash and dirty tables everywhere. Empty Buffett and rotting cucumbers. Don’t waste your time. Horrid.

Didn’t get all my food. Manager told me he would pick up my food and give me money back. Told me not to eat it. Worst customer service ever!

2 hours later and I still have no pizza! The first time I called I was told my order was out for delivery. The second time I called I just cancelled.

Was going here for awhile. Used to work for a Pizza Hut when I was in high school so I know by looking how much should be on the pizza. They skimp toppings quite a bit. I’ve known a few places to do this so at the end of a shift they could make them some and take home without the company knowing. Idk if they are doing that or not but district would’ve noticed the overage in toppings if they gave actual amounts. I go to the one on south limestone because they don’t give you less than what you are supposed to get. Also if you order online they have a TV that shows your name in front of everyone which seems like a bad idea to let people see the names of your customers.

Yikes! Stay away from this location if you care about quality of service and/​or cleanliness.

Oh. My. Goodness. This is bad. Really, really bad.
This place is dirty beyond belief. They have their health inspection hanging which says 95, but I can’t help but wonder who they bribed to get that score. The windows look like they haven’t been touched with Windex since the late 90s and the floors definitely hadn’t been swept in at least a few days. Leftover crumbs from the lunch buffet were still laying out at 6pm. One quick look into the kitchen made me wish I had looked before I ate. Unbelievably bad.
Then there was the «service». No one to be seen for at least 5 minutes when we arrived, and then the most dismal experience ever from there. We were literally the only people in the restaurant (not surprisingly) and they tried to bring us our appetizer twice without realizing we’d already gotten it. Multiple calls came in about wrong delivery orders while we were there, and the employees were less than sympathetic.
All the way around, I just cannot stress enough how hard you have to stay away from this place. Probably in the running for the worst experience I’ve ever had in Lexington.

Stay away from this Pizza Hut it’s a dump. The pizza tasted like cheap frozen pizza and drinks had a horrible chlorine taste. The service was ok I don’t know how the the lex health dept passed this one someone got paid off for sure.

Three words: dirty, slow, inconsiderate. Went to this Pizza Hut for a quick, simple family meal. Came in and they told us to seat ourselves… this is where the «blah» began. Ordered drinks which were fine but never refilled. Tables around us weren’t being cleared. Family members of employees were hanging out/​napping in the booths waiting for people to finish their shifts. Our kid’s food finally came out after 25 minutes… about 5 minutes later they came by to tell us that they «forgot» to make the adult pizza… about 15 minutes after that I had to go to the cashier to pay since the kids were done with their meal and we just wanted to leave this place. Lo and behold the pizza was just coming out of the oven, so they asked if we wanted it so I said fine and thought we could take it. They proceeded to charge us full price for everything… I thought they were throwing us a freebie since they overlooked cooking our food. I asked for the manager, who gave us a whopping $ 5 off… what a farce. Behind the manager I also noticed the kitchen facilities were quite dirty and unkempt. Wish I had this hour of my life back. Needless to say I will never be back, and that likely extends to any Pizza Hut.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. I ordered 2 pizzas and wings online. It said they would be ready at 6:05pm. I arrived at 6:05 on the dot. One pizza and the wings were ready but he said it would be about 5 to 6 minutes on the other one. 10 minutes later still no pizza. The employees seemed absolutely unconcerned about getting it ready for me. One of the workers had her kids in a booth out front and kept yelling at them. The cashier (Genah)was rude to me and other customers and was talking about customers in front of other customers and slamming the cash register drawer. It took me 40 minutes to get that pizza. Of course my wings were cold but I just wanted out of there. DO NOT go to this Pizza Hut.
