Solid for a one night stay. Exterior could use some help, but interior of rooms is pretty nice. We were on the lower floor of building 2 and our upstairs neighbor, I think we heard EVERY step. Granted, the group was loud and annoying, in and out several times all the way to 4am. Needless to say we were up several times throughout the night. Breakfast was pretty good for such a small place. Wide spread of options, friendly staff. Overall decent experience and close to downtown!

Love the fact that they have a out door pool! Rooms are very large. House keeping was fast and consistent. Only down side was I wish breakfast was till 9:30 like other Marriotts instead of 9:00. They seem to have a big problem and need to spray more. Our dogs came in with fleas and ticks after every walk and our room constantly had spiders and not little ones! Big ones that required me to take a broom from house keeping to kill because killing it with a shoe was to close for how big they were.

A very nice hotel. The room was beautiful. All the workers were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was right around the corner and it was all freshly stocked and warm. I would definitely stay here again!

Everyone here is so nice. The rooms are nice and clean. I had a full size fridge and stove and microwave and dishes and everything I needed. They also have a fabulous breakfast every morning. Sandy, the lady I saw most often setting up breakfast, was always friendly and greeted everyone. She was very helpful and accommodating. If you are in a hurry, they will let you pack your breakfast to go. Two to three days during the week they have a light dinner. One night I had cheeseburgers with pasta salad, chips and a cookie. It was great! I stayed for about 15 days. There is free parking. A small exercise room. A pool. They have a computer you can use if needed. That was great because I did need it. I ordered more business cards and the site I ordered from would not let me use my phone or tablet. Mike, the super friendly manager at the front desk, showed me the computer and hooked me up! I was able to send my cards to the hotel. They called my room and left a message that my package arrived. I cannot say enough about how friendly the people are and how nice they made my long stay. I definitely recommend this hotel. Oh, they also allow pets and it’s $ 75 for the whole stay. Great pet fee in my opinion. So many places charge $ 25 or more per night. If you have an extended stay, this place rocks! Thank you to Scott, Sandy, Mike, Kathy and all of the other staff who made my stay exceptional!

They have very efficient, polite, friendly, knowledgeable staff with excellent communication skills. I made my reservation a month in advance for a long stay. I walked in the front door and told them my name and talked to me like they knew me and immediately confirmed my stay. All of this before I even signed a paper. Impressive. The rooms are good. Smells a little musty when you first walk in, but it goes away once you turn the AC on. Free and fast WiFi, Daily cleaning even for long term stays, grocery pick up service, free breakfast. Pet friendly. Guest socials a few nights per week.

Residence Inn fulfilled all of our needs in accommodating our wedding party throughout a long weekend. They provided a «block» of rooms(rooms all opening into the same courtyard) accommodating a variety of guest room selections. The staff was always friendly and courteous. The rooms were clean and comfortable; we even used my suite for the bridal party preparations for the wedding day. Definitely would stay here again.

The worst Residence I have stayed in. It is just a room. Cheaply built units allow you to know exactly where you upstairs neighbor is walking and if they use the shower or toilet. Sometimes cable works but expect only the lower 13 channels. Housekeeping is inconsistant. The map provided shows a spa. It was taken out years ago. The pool is only for the summer months. The hot breakfast is OK. Nothing special. Staff is generally friendly and responsive. All things considered, it is just an over-priced room.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. I was really impressed with beautiful room and friendly stuff(and I have stayed in so many different hotels all around US and Asia). The front desk guy was super friendly, we got nice room on 2nd floor with 2 beds, 2 Tvs, internet and big bathroom. Usually I don’t like bathroom that is seperated(tub inside, sinks outside, closer to bedroom) but here it was super nice, it was little seperate, was pretty big, clean and comfy. I really liked it. Also the breakfast was nice, ladies working there were so nice and friendly, it had eggs, sausages, potatooes, waffles, cereals, fruits, tea, coffee, juice, etc. And the price was super duper cheap too, so — I loved this hotel! Only thing wasn’t perfect — Tv chanels had bad quality, I guess they were not set up right or something.

This place sucks. When we stayed, the air conditioner didn’t work. The Internet was out. The manager didn’t care and insulted my wife. Stay away.

We stayed in a 2 bed, pullout sleeper studio and while it wasn’t bad, it wasn’t the greatest stay. One bed pushed against the wall. No separation between the studio and the bathroom sink area which kind of sucks if anyone has to wake up and use the bathroom or wash their hands while you’re trying to sleep. Pretty clean place, but didn’t have that super pure clean feel with a few spots in the bathroom. Decent hot breakfast in a not too big of space upstairs. Overall, if they had a good rate, i wouldn’t have a problem staying here again.
