We chose Homes by Chris to build our dream home after admiring their amazing Parade of Homes entries over the last few years. Chris and Roy have been wonderful to work with. They have spent a great deal of time with us going over designs to make sure our home is exactly what we want. They let us know the timelines up front and also walked us through the various stages of the build so we knew what to expect. Their attention to detail is unbelievable and you can tell they take pride in the craftsmanship of their homes. Every room has a unique design element, whether it be in the trim carpentry or the materials used.
Not only is the visual design beautiful, but Homes by Chris makes sure everything from the foundation to what is inside the walls is high quality as well. They stay current on all of the latest technologies that are available in the industry.
If we ever build another house, we would definitely choose HBC again!

Homes by Chris is the première builder in Kansas City, and we have been supremely satisfied with the work they have done on our home. They have helped make additions to our children’s rooms, and the workers who came to our home were very talented and efficient.

Terrible, terrible, terrible! Terrible service, not at all professional or organized. Finishing work was awful. We ended up managing our own build job, not the builder that we paid a lot of money to! The model homes look nice, but they put their B team on all other projects! No following through, and terrible at time management. Choose another builder if you want a good product and a stress free experience!
