Love this place! Went in to see Dr. Kaipo because I have lower back pain due to working out, my job and having a young child and he straightened me out! I feel a million times better. His secretary Shelly is very friendly and they make you feel super comfortable when you step through the door!

I called this office after having mid back pain that did not allow me to sleep well. I appreciate how nice the doctor was and his nice office. I had a great experience from the front desk answering the phone to the adjustment. Thank you and I felt much better after my treatment.

Thank you Dr. Kaipo. The week prior to my vacation I strained my back sitting at my computer. I hoped things would work themselves out with some relaxation and activity on vacation on Kauai. Unfortunately, at 9pm the evening before my 8am flight, things took a turn for the worse and I was on the edge of being incapacitated. By the time I hit my Honolulu layover I was a mess. I consulted Unilocal and gave a call to Dr. Kaipo’s office.
An appointment was set for thirty minutes after I touched down on the island. Like other reviewer, I have seen close to ten chiropractors over the past 20 years, some better than others. Dr. Kaipo ranked high. Along with adjustment came advise for the week ahead: massage and lumbar support. I did not second guess the prescription for massage as I was on vacation; the lumbar support apprentice was quite effective and inexpensive. It was in fact a fresh roll of paper towels smashed into the shape of an oval!
I appreciated his pragmatic approach to solving my problem! A trip to Big Save and $ 1.99 later, I had a nice support I am still using now that I am State-​side back at my desk!
I am confident recommending Dr. Kaipo to tourists passing through like me or locals, the guy is solid.

Dr. Kaipo is great. He does an awesome job at explaining why i felt discomfort in certain areas and gave suggestions on how to prevent it. He and his staff are really friendly. He is also conveniently located in lihue.

I’ve been to many chiropractors over the last 20 years and Dr. Kaipo Pavao is the best that Iv’e been to on Kauai. Always very knowlegeable and helpful in making lifestyle recommendations and very careful and gentle adjustments. What I respect most is that he doesn’t make you return every week or make you pay for a large series of treatments in advance.
