Firehouse Subs

The staff can’t get there act together, arguing with each other, order confusion, and obvious lack of leadership

All men and women are created equal. All firehouses are not. This one in Lilburn is just OK. Try the one in Snellville and be enlightened. The meat here is placed haphazardly on the roll like maybe they were wearing a blindfold during preparation. And they don’t steam the sandwich enough here. So there you have it — edible but not incredible.

Place was empty and took 10 min to get two subs. Their closing crew is a joke and the place is disgusting. Sandwich was so sloppy that the meat slid off with the first bite. I enjoy firehouse but not this location.

This is the last time. The employees here are much more concerned with their conversations than getting orders right and being polite. I said «wheat» because I wanted wheat. Unfortunately, Willy W. didn’t listen and barely acknowledged my presence. GO ELSEWHERE!!!

Sad. Sad. Sad. For years I have heard the same commercial and wanted to try these subs. The pictures. The discriptions. It all sounded so good.
And it was all a lie. The hot italian was a disaster. Its a disgrace to the term hot or italian. Further, if your on a limited lunch schedule, dont go here. It took 30 plus min to order and make lunch. After the 5 min ride back to work, the bread was grossly soggy. The tomatoes were soft and even the onions seemed old and wilted. The lettus had no crunch but atleast it was not brown. The meat was ok. But honestly, Nothing about this would qualify for their famous slogan. In fact, after just 3 bites I dissected this sandwhich and ate only the meat and various bits that were stuck to it.
Our way beats their way… no please stop saying that. People like me make the mistake of believing it. Really if you want a good sub, grinder, hogie, or even something that taste like a sandwich, go to baldinos. Heck even blimpie does it better. For that matter I would say even subway has this beat.
The only hope this chain has is that their are so many locations. Surely one of them produces a quality sandwhich. On a side note. The chocolate chip cookie is very good. So if I go ever go back it will be for another cookie.

More than 30 minute wait for one sub. They should have least told me there would be a long wait before I ordered.
