McDonald’s

This place is a dump. I won’t be back. If the front looks like this God only knows what goes on in the kitchen.

Terrible. As advice never leave the window in a drive through if they say your order isnt ready. I sat and watched 10 cars get their food and drive away, sadly my food still wasnt ready when I walked inside and then it took 10 minutes to get a refund. Same order at theMcdonalds down the street took 2 minutes. This location sucks ass.

Everytime I order I confirm what I pay yet I get a completely different meal. I PAID FOR A BUTTERMILK CHICKEN MEAL YET I GET A QUARTER POUNDER. if I wasn’t in a rush I would go back and chuck this nonsense. I can’t be the only one it happens to…

Pulled up to the drive thru… no one’s working it. I pull up to the 1^st window, no one is paying me any attention. Pulled up to the 2^nd window… I ask if the speaker is broken… they ask if anyone had the headset on and then the next response was «I’m not sure what they’re doing back there, but can I take your order?» Smh…

Stopped at this McDonald’s after buying groceries at Kroger. Stood in front of an open register (electronic Welcome on it) at which a couple of customers ahead of me had picked up food. No worker — and there were several at the front — acknowledged my presence, much less take my order. I left without spending any money there, and I will avoid this McDonald’s in the future since their customers are not very important to them. In the past, the service has always been s-​l-​o-​w and the people working there seemed to be mad that they had a job and had to work. They even were rude in talking to each other.

So it is what it is! The playland area is probably hazardous if you have toddlers lots of peeling paint tile falling off the walls or missing all together. The playland itself is high but fairly small compared to newer designs of course the kids could care less they still love it! If you dont have a need for the playland this place has a very clean lobby and accurate service compared to most others! The parking lot is a nightmare watch your step on the sidewalks too!

The food?
Hey… It’s Mickey D’s. You know what your getting. Consistent all over the world. I really only eat breakfast here.
This location?
I call it McDonalds international. The diversity of our world is represented. All nationalities and walks of life you can typically find here. All having breakfast. Pretty cool actually.
Service?
Ok. I’ve got some business smarts. I try to look at this place like I was managing it.
This location gets heavy traffic on the weekend. They have 3 registers. I have NEVER seen them open all three. Line of people almost out the door. I’ve seen people walk out. I have walked out. An egg McMuffin is only worth so much time. Knowing (Mrs Manager) that your store is going to get hammered on Saturday morning, why would you not staff to capacity? Serve as many customers as you can. If locals know you can get in and out if here consistently fast, I predict your numbers sky rocket. Yeah, I know. Why open that 3^rd register when you can just make people wait a little longer without increasing your comp? I say try it for 60 days. Staff your store expecting to crush it. You will. You have the traffic.
…and for cryin out loud get those lines organized with some theater roping or something. Not only do you have a crowd waiting… no one knows where the line is.
My favorite McDonalds!

I had placed my order and waited 20 minutes for it. After losing my patience, I decided to ask the manager what’s going on. She replied: «I didn’t place no order, «and I will not be getting my food or money.» Be aware of this mcdonalds, you will probably get robbed.

We wanted a quick dinner, so we hit the golden arch. I wasn’t impressed with the delay of getting a person to speak with us once we approached the intercom; however, the people were nice at the windows. It is what it is when you go for fast food in the burbs.

Whenever I’m on the go and have to grab breakfast out I like to get it fast, in a hurry, and with a touch of friendly customer service. I get it here all the time at this Mickey D’s. The ladies in the drive-​through are always smiling (surprising for a mcdonald’s) and very friendly. Good customer service truly goes a long way.
