Village Green Dentistry

Despite having healthy teeth, I have always had a slight fear of visiting the dentist. To add to the fear, I am picky when it comes to flavors and do not like cherry or mint which are usual suspects in a routine cleaning. Being new to the area, I reached out to Village Green after my husband had a nice experience and scheduled an appt. I talked through all of my concerns upfront when scheduling. To my pleasant surprise, they were ready for me when I arrived. Not only did the hygentist offer me options for flavors as she was educated on my profile, but she was very gentle and made sure i was comfortable the entire time. I left the office very happy with my experience. I recommend this office to anyone and everyone. Thank you for a great experience!

I decided to close the gap in between my 2 front teeth. I approached Dr. Sokol for suggestions. He chose the least invasive approach (and most cost effective too) to get the job done. After a few months with a retainer and some teeth adjusting, my gap is now closed and my smile is perfect! Other dentists have told me that I would need to get my teeth bonded for the same result but much more money. I appreciate Dr. Sokol’s honesty and straight-​forward approach really looking at the patient’s best interest as well. Thank you, Dr. Sokol!

Flew out here from CA to have Dr. Sokol do my Invisalign. I had braces as a kid but my bottom teeth have shifted and now I need them to be straightened. This is literally the only dentist I trust for cosmetic dentistry.
Dr. Sokol and his staff were so accommodating and warm. They got me in, took my molds to start my Invisalign and got the process started seamlessly. Having Invisalign was a big decision for me and when I ultimately decided on it, I immediately thought of Dr. Sokol. He’s an incredible cosmetic dentist and I trust exclusively in him to make my smile perfect.
I’ll update again after my treatment is finished, but so far I’m so impressed.

Dr. Sokol is fantastic! Everything here is appealing right away from the modern appearance of the office to the very friendly and well organized staff. You will not be pushed through or treated like a number. This dentist really takes his time to get to know his patients and explains everything every step of the way. My dental appointments have been very comfortable and I have felt very relaxed throughout the entire procedures. Dr. Sokol is very calm and very patient, he appears to really care about his patients.
This dentist is also very honest. I appreciate that Dr. Sokol took a very conservative route and managed to save my tooth by repairing a long time broken filling instead of forcing me to have a root canal and a crown. He will not do any extra work that doesn’t need to be done. He is a highly skilled and extremely professional dentist, who performs his procedures completely pain free. I highly recommend this dentist, who was referred to me by my friends.

I’m reviewing Dr. Dmitry Sokol. He was my dentist in 1999, when I lived in Chicago — and his practice was at a different location.
I was one of his earlier patients, shortly after he started working as a dentist. On a personal note, he’s a very nice guy. We once shared the same dog park.
I went to visit him primarily for cosmetic /​aesthetic purposes. He’s very, very concerned with doing beautiful, natural looking work.
I had osseous surgery, so that my gumline would be even. I had crowns on my two front teeth, and veneers on the four other front teeth.
Since I left Chicago, I had to look for new dentists, and continue looking for a quality dentist today. I’ve visited at least 4 different dentists, and they always comment on the job Dr. Sokol did — so I have had constant reinforcement that the job was extraordinary.
Many years later, and those 6 teeth still look great! If you want a beautiful smile, he’s your man.

I was looking for a high end dental practice, that provided both cosmetic dentistry and general dentistry in the northern suburbs. The staff here at Village Green Dentistry are attentive, talented, and informative. Even my kids love getting their teeth cleaned! If you are looking for an excellent staff, talented doctors, and an overall great dental practice, then this is it!
