Experience tranquil space, expert teachers and a wide range of yoga options at this hidden Litchfield oasis. Returning to yoga after a long absence(since college) I was a little intimidated to jump into a serious studio. No fear as I was directed to a beginners class and began exploring other practices. Kundalini with Amy has now become a staple of my routine and has been transformative. Mats, blankets, blocks and mystical scents are all provided by the thoughtful team. Views from the many windows, onto the private gardens, change with the seasons, weather and time of day. Pricing is by the class or in a package and is right in the middle compared to others I have seen. Charym is accessible and worth a look; you won’t be disappointed.

Well designed boutique spa with only a few rooms. Very intimate and within walking distance of downtown Litchfield shops/restaurants. Warm and welcoming front desk reception. I had the European facial and Deep Unwinding massage with their signature Indian oils. Mercedes was my masseuse and facial extraordinaire. She was professional and frequently checked in to make sure the pressure was right. I went with a headache and left pain free and glowing. The effects are still lasting. Highly recommended if you just want a great massage without any pretentious team!

Just left my first class with Victoria and, oh my God, I feel like a new person. I haven’t been to a yoga class in months and I fell right in step with her and the other attendees. She was so welcoming and soft spoken. I immediately felt at home. The studio is gorgeous with rustic beams and pleasant music. I had been taking classes at Sanctuary Yoga in Torrington previously, but this space is so much more relaxed and quiet. I loved it! Their rates at Charym are great too– I am doing a monthly unlimited for new students for $ 80– way better prices than I have seen in Woodbury and Southbury. So excited for tomorrow’s class! :)

I took a Yoga Fusion class with Pauline this weekend, my first time at Charym. This was one of the best yoga classes I have ever taken. The class was challenging, but not unmanageably hard. She was a great instructor — giving individual attention and encouragement, explanations for poses, and kind adjustments. The facilities are also really very nice. With blankets that you actually want to snuggle up with instead of the usual sweatsock-smelling blankets at most other studios. What a lovely surprise. If only they had more classes!

my cousin and i called for the same day appointment and they were able to fit us in… awesome! service was great, both ladies were very attentive and made sure we were both comfortable and relaxed! we went to charym for a mani/pedi… ambiance was ok, very clean. however, i must say i have had better mani/pedi’s… my nails started chipping(when my nails were cut, the girl did not file down my nail enough causing snags on my clothing!!!) three of my nails were snagging my clothes, i was able to save two of them, one nail had to trim down and file. when i removed my nail polish i was able to see my nails… another two nails were splitting!!! I NEVERHAVETHISPROBLEM when i get my nails done at my regular place! service was awesome… but they’re products need improvement!
