Will was very knowledgeable and patient. He answered all my questions about the vehicle and had a positive attitude. Reid, in finance, was quick and did not try to upsell me on warranties that I was not interested in. The finance process was quite efficient. The entire car experience was the best I have ever had. It was easy, honest, and friendly.

I had a wonderful experience here! No one *likes* taking their car in for service, it means that there’s something wrong with your wheels, and that’s just never a good thought — but, some places you can take that lovable hunk of aluminum, steel and plastic and be confident that it will come back fixed up, and not stress out while you’re waiting. I held off taking my car in for ages, since I’m new in town and don’t have my old mechanic anymore. But, it got to the point where I had no choice but to get that dang oil change. Called ahead for an appointment(midday on a Saturday no less, and only a few hours in advance) and they had the opening, were quick, efficient and friendly on the phone. When I got there, I made it very clear that I knew I needed more service, but was only there for the oil change and that was it. My tech smiled, said«We’ll take care of it!» and did. It was great! He gave me an estimate for both the time for the change and the cost, and when the dust settled he was off by exactly $ 0.50 and 5 minutes. Not too shabby! But, the icing on the cake that made the trip just that much better? They had a smoker out back with hot dogs and burgers for folks in either shopping for cars or waiting on service. Complimentary *burgers*?! Yes, I think I will have that with my usual coffee, thank you! Top marks! I will be back!

This was by far the quickest, easiest, and best deal on a car I’ve ever gotten! I knew I wanted another Civic because I love my little car so much, and my daughter is going to be taking it over for college. I’ve been stressing about getting a good deal, getting financed, and just dealing with the whole car shopping experience as a whole. I shouldn’t have been! I called James Forrester, told him what I wanted, and that was how easy it was. Got a great deal and a great interest rate. Drove happily off the lot in less than an hour in a half! I couldn’t recommend James Forrester and Landers McClarty more highly.

They practically made my dreams come true(Yeah, I have dreams about getting my car maintenanced *cough) I never realized how quick and easy and smoothly servicing your car could be until I brought mine into Bale Honda for its 30K check up. My experience there was just everything I wanted and much much more. Roy is the man. Quick, immediate, nice service… and I’m talking about having multiple people in front of me. The place was staffed enough to have someone immediately greet me when I rolled up, and I got my car back within an hour or two after a run to Walmart and to the grocery store.(I got a load of stuff done on my car and wasn’t expecting it back til the next day). They weren’t pushy at all as far as what I wanted to get done. On top of that, they found a nail and patched my tire for free. Who gets anything for free nowadays? Just overall, the experience was pretty dang beautiful. AND to top it off… Roy even sent me a nice hand written, personalized post card making sure I had a positive time there. I pretty much fell in love with the place, *sigh…thank you Bale Honda!
