I recently took my leather riding vest to have a few patches sewn on and have a custom patch made. They did a great job for a really reasonable price and even with the holidays the turnaround time was fast! I am very happy with their work and how it turned out!

This place is the worst. I just left the store asking about ordering over 150 tee shirts and hats for a family reunion. The store had no one else in it and the lady was looking at me as if I was going to steal something. Everything I asked was met with, I don’t really know. I am not saying it was my skin color but I have seen that look before. This is too bad, I thought I found a store that could finally take care of everything I needed for my family reunion. I would stay away from this place.

My third year going back. Excellent service, individualized attention. These folks really know their stuff. I didn’t know anything about letter jackets?! Where does the name go, what side do you put the year on.
You can come up with any graphic (we found ours from basic web search) and they can create it.
It didn’t cost a fortune, either!
Reasonably priced. High quality work. You will get a proof via email before work is started.
I am not sure what Jared Js deal was with his vest and patch, unless maybe it was Christmas (busy time for jackets…). Sorry he didnt get better service… that really suprised me.
Have referred many Granada students n parents to these folks.

Dropped off a motorcycle vest to have patches sewn on. I was told no problem. After one month it still had not been started on. Excuses flowed without an apology. I picked it up like I dropped it off one month prior. Poor follow through. Just thought I would let everyone know. Thanks, Jared

I have used EmbroidMe-​Livermore MANY times over the past few years. Kristen M. always seems to know exactly what we want. She comes up with the best logos and will work with you to find the perfect thing to fit in your budget. The last time I used her to create a logo for a new business a friend was starting and she hit the nail on the head in the first shot. It was perfect! They are always responsive with requests and status of order. When they promise to have something to you on a certain date, they come through. They have even worked with us on items that have a short turn around time and have always met that deadline. It’s great to have a local business that works with you and provides excellent customer service every time. I will continue to give them my business and recommend them to anyone I know.

A few years ago we visited EmbroidMe to do a job that was very dear to our hearts. My grandma had passed away and we wanted an embroidered cloth to honor her. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make a difficult time bearable. Their work was beautiful. I would recommend EmbroidMe to anyone who could use their services.
