I used to frequent Subway, but not any more. They seemed to have started skimping on the meats, and the customer service at this location is horrible! It has just turned into a boring sandwich place. It doesn’t help the business either when the corporate offices hire felons for their adverting… sick. I do not visit franchises anymore, since there are now many great family operated restaurants in Livermore now.

This subway location is very convenient. The parking here is great. Oscar is by far one of the only reasons I come here. He knows how to make the best sandwiches and always puts extra sauces and veggies on.

They are really cheap with the sandwich meat. The lady cut the pre-measured meat in HALF! I shoulda read the reviews before I came here. Bad choice!

Went to subway with the kids and got footlong sandwiches. We ordered some on flat bread and everything on it. the lady who was helping me said she ran out cucumbers and there was no more flat bread.(Seriously?) Service was horrible. She didn’t even wanna go above and beyond. Very disappointed and will never go to this location again.

This lady is arguing with me that my sub is not $ 5 even though there are signs everywhere saying there all $ 5. When I pointed out that the sign says other wise she says alright but just this time. I hate cheap people and cheap businesses even more. Someone should teach them some business etiquette.

My girlfriend and I got a foot long sub with chip & a soda. Is there a no refill soda policy at this place? Because there’s a employee, I think he’s the owner or the manager, told us «1 time drink only.» I was like, «what?» He’s being rude and cheap too. First and never come back to this place again. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to this place.

I asked for a tuna salad, had to ask for more lettuce — I mean I am paying $ 8.00 for this salad would it kill you??? 2 scoops of tuna, 3 tomatoes and some peppers, have to ask for more because the dude was so skimpy on the veggies… ugh! I like vinegar and oil and my dressing, I asked for him to just keep pouring it on… that took an act of God! Ummmmm maybe I won’t go there anymore!

The woman making the sandwich did not care very much for the customers. She just blotted on condiments and if you asked for pickles or olives and such she’d just throw them down. When we went to pay they mixed up our sandwich with the customer behind us but for some reason couldn’t understand. When they finally realized the man just said«$ 5» and reached out his hand and snatched the money. Didn’t even give a receipt. Later, when we opened the sandwich wrapping the majority of food came out. Definitely not coming back to this Subway.

Patient counter man was very friendly to my elderly mother. Soup was hot and flavorful, my tuna sub was made just fine with the extras I requested. Several customers eating late lunches but no line when we got there. Clean. Will definitely go to this one again.

I usually try and go to this Subway over the other ones. The staff is friendly and the store is clean. I have seen the same people working here for years and they do a good job!

Had lunch here today. Where do I begin? There was a good sized line up when I arrived, so I expected to wait. No big deal. However, there were 2 employees & the owner at the store. One of the employees was cleaning the windows, not even paying attention to the line. She only came to help when the owner called her over after 2 or 3 minutes of my arrival. By this time the line was getting longer & moving slower. I ordered the pastrami which was cold. When I ordered the chicken noodle soup, I was informed I would have to wait 5 minutes because they would have to heat it up in the microwave. Then they got my sandwich mixed up with the customer in front of me. It took a good 4 minutes for the customer to explain to the employee, who didn’t understand much english, who’s sandwich was who’s. In the meantime the other employee was just piling all the other sandwiches on top of each other getting them mixed up too. This place is totally disorganized with no guidance from the owner. I usually give places I don’t like a 2nd chance, but not this one. Never again will I go there.
