Nice store but the sales persons have a bad attitude.
I visited the store and was waiting in the checkout line for 15 mins. I had to leave the line since my little one wanted to visit the restroom.
On the way out I told one of the salespersons they really need more than one person at the checkout counter. Her response was to roll her eyes and say have a nice day!
I wont be going back to this store in the Livingston mall.

Shopped here today for the first time and the staff was very helpful. I was being very picky and the girl had patience for sure. I was going through the fragrances and stuff looking for very specific fragrances and when they didn’t have what u wanted I was getting frustrated. The girl did manage to make me happy in the end.
I paid with a gift card and didn’t have too long of a wait at the register. Tanks for your help today

Love this location as the customer service has always been impeccable even before they remodeled it recently. Glad they moved the Pink section to a separate store in the same mall. A big selection of lingerie and everyday basics, also a big selection of their perfume and makeup lines as well.
The remodel has made the store more upscale with a sweet new hot pink and black décor in the bra section that has a French flare to the design.

Was here with a friend who needed to buy a gift for a bachelorette party. Although I didn’t purchase anything, the store was huge (the biggest VS I’ve seen) and the staff was friendly. A few of the members seemed as though they were knew or not familiar with the location of some of the products, but others were fantastic! We had time to kill so we didn’t mind. Would recommend that Victoria’s Secret start carrying larger bra sizes. I mean, c’mon, a store that embraces breasts only goes up to a D cup, which is more like a true C? Double D’s beware, this store is not for you. They do have many cute options and regular clothes as well. I also enjoy their fragrances and gift baskets/​boxes. Tip: go when they have sales and they usually have coupons for free panties or discounts in magazines or if you sign up for their mailing list. Don’t worry, not too much of a bother!

Ever since they remodeled this store, the sales associates and the managers are amazing. Example: went with my mom yesterday to get a new bathing suit bottom after her new discolored after one wearing. She wasn’t looking to return it but get a new one since they are only 18.00 the girl who helped us remembered my mom and gave her a gift with purchase because she didn’t have any left the week before. It’s nice to know that even in a busy mall this team of angels has there stuff together!!! Great store, great service, and always a great selection

I shop at this VS as my alternate-​alternate store. Livingston doesn’t get the same foot traffic as Willowbrook or Garden State Plaza, which makes it a great place to find your size when you can’t handle the crowds at the other malls. But it’s also a little smaller (and even moreso now that VS Pink has a separate store of its own).
The employees are — less approachable? — than most of the other VS stores in the area. You’re not going to get welcomed, or asked if you need help, or really much of anything out of the way of basic customer service. But the untouched stock alone is enough of a reason to make the trip … once you visit the other locations, that is.

Bonus: it’s been remodeled. I didn’t explore it too much, but the organization has improved & it’s a lot darker, sexier, & definitely more «grown woman» now that VS Pink is next door. There’s some kind of bra boutique in the back, and it’s very pink. VERY PINK. Bring sunglasses.
