I wish there was a better selection here because the customer service here is great! I love stopping by this location when I’m at Short Hills Mall and picking something up because the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The selection in this VS sucks compared to Bridgewater Commons. I only came here because I had to return something on my lunch hour. I was amazed at how there were about 8 people working in the store, not 1 single one of these cheap bimbos asked me if I needed help (literally the opposite experience of every single other VS), when I finally flagged 1 down for help, she was rude and annoyed that she had to stop folding panties.

I bought VS Fantasies at Short Hills Mall (store #5009 & transaction # 8303) today (4÷12÷15) & asked the cashier (with cashier # 988 100) if the mist is for 7/​$ 35 like what’s in the victoria secret website. She said NO & that it’s for 5/​$ 30. I further asked why they don’t price match with their website & she rudely said «I don’t know! I don’t work for that Company!». The odd thing is that i just bought the same thing last night for 7/​$ 35 from cashier #1 491 811 (transaction #4858) who is waaayyyy more pleasant than the cashier i dealt with today. Customers will surely appreciate a better customer service from cashier #988 100 & consistency with prices in store & online

Question… If I purchase some thing from Victoria’s Secret for my GF is it for her or is it really for me? Have been here several times and always enjoy picking something out for my GF. However, one of the down sided is that it is very difficult getting a bra that is not padded. Not sure about any one elso, but if I inapropriatly reach out and grab what I shouldnt be in public, I dont want to grab a handfull of padding… Just sayin…

in this store you will find very helpful staff. Most places point at a rack and tell you good luck. my wife loved this store because they pay attention to the customers. if you are looking for cool stuff with real people that care go to the mall and shop there!!!

HUGE Victoria’s Secret in Short Hills Mall. Mobbed during sales, but what VS isn’t? The very friendly and helpful staff will help you find your size — and you’ll probably find it, on account of the large selection. And speaking of size, their sizing experts are pretty great and put in the work to find your perfect fit. One of the best locations in North Jersey for sure.
