Do not shop here. My defective i phone would not be repaired or replaced. It is 5 days old! Rude staff pointed me out the door to go to the Apple store in Novi, who, in turn, said it was AT&T’s responsibility. I now have a $ 500 paperweight. THEWORST.

These 4 stars are for the wonderful service representative who took care of us last Wednesday. It would have been 5 stars but the poor behavior of the greeter makes that impossible. She would not even look at me.(I was sporting a cap to cover my chemo-bald head — not the height of fashion but attire or accessories should not preclude anyone from good customer service). Not only would she not LOOK at me, she would not speak to me! It was appalling. My companion was deemed acceptable to be spoken to and looked upon — however they are the not the account holder. I could not hear the greeter because she was so pointedly looking away from me — when I asked her to repeat herself she did — but still addressing only my companion. SO rude. And disrespectful. Most people have been utterly kind and thoughtful to me since I’ve been wearing a cap or scarf — so the reception I received last Wednesday was very disappointing. Thankfully we were swiftly in the care of the other representative and were treated with dignity and kindness. We’ve been going to this store for over a decade and never been subjected to anything like this before — it must be just on employee. But she certainly needs to be given some training on how to treat people.

I went in on a week day and the store was busier than usual. I checked in and was told I’d probably have a 20 minute wait. After about 40 mins, and watching employee just having normal conversations with their customers while they were waiting for products to ‘upload, download’ I became frustrated. One customer was on the phone with what I assume was customer support. Instead of the employee helping one of the other 4 patrons waiting, he was chit chatting with the customers husband. All I needed was a quick sim card and to purchase a phone case. After asking a manager if someone could help me, and to see why everyone was just walking around having day to day conversation I was told that their past experience was that customers got upset if they started helping other customers while ‘waiting for their products to finish whatever they were doing’. Although I can appreciate that, when you have 4 people waiting, 2 of which were simple things(me– just needing a sim card, and another lady just needed to return a case). they agreed to help me quickly as I had a 4 week old child at home. I find that the business practice should be evaluated on a daily basis based off of the customers currently in the store.
