I’d normally say that all cell phone stores are dreadful places where greasy people try to trick you in to buying something you don’t really want or need. That seems especially true of any«affiliate» store for any of the major carriers. Well, this is a corporate store, and the five or six times I’ve been here in the past year, it’s been the same two guys working — which is actually pretty impressive, given the employee churn in this industry. They’ve both given people credible, reasonable advice, and I haven’t ever seen them try to sling overpriced accessories or warranties on people. The experience has always been pretty decent for the customers, from what I can tell. The only downside, is when you have two people(or worse, two families) trying to sort out a plan, when all you want to do is buy something and leave. Get ready to wait. Last time I was there, it was a good 25 minutes before I could buy a new phone — a transaction that took less than five minutes. Less than three, if you don’t count the guy going to the back to get the physical phone. Other than that, if you’re in the market for a T-Mobile account, look no further.
