Marshalls

No inventory, definitely nothing in the plus sizes 16 & up. This store has drastically reduced it’s skews, except maybe in the shoe dept. Maybe it’s aiming at the junior demographic, or is it ready to go out?

I usually go to this marshals during the morning now because I always end up feeling very unwelcome with the afternoon staff.
I am never greeted with a smile when I shop later in the day. The staff usually isn’t paying attention if I have a question or need assistance.
When I was checking out the lady bagged my items, cashed me out then didn’t hand me my bags and just walked away. I had to reach over and grab my bags. She also didn’t say anything to me when she finished cashing me out. Completely unprofessional!
It seems like everyone that looks like they are under 35 that works there has an attitude and is very unwelcoming.
Very disappointed.

I don’t generally shop at Marshalls. I don’t like hunting and searching for products like you sometimes have to do. I don’t like the fact the some products are there some days and some days they are not. But, I had time to kill, so I thought I would look around.
This was a nicer Marshalls… It was clean and well organized. There weren’t products tossed around like I’ve seen at other stores.
I lucked out and found a set of four mason jar glasses that I have been wanting for quite awhile (only $ 4.99) and some nice smelling hand soap for the guest bath (also $ 4.99).
So, that was good… The reason I only gave three stars was the service. The line was quite long and there were only two cashiers. In addition, when I finally got to the cashier, there wasn’t any «hello» when I brought my items to her or «thank you» when I left.
When will people learn that customer service matters? It had been quite awhile since I had been in a Marshalls and it will be awhile since I come back.

I shop at this store very frequently. They are nice, but not very helpful. You generally have to find them and ask for help. Often they are busy rearranging the store, it seems quite frequent, and tend to talk to each other as if you are not even there. I do love the store for the lay out and variety of items. It is also clean and orderly. I will continue to ship here, but wish customer service was just a bit better.
