We got there at 4 and ordered. We did not get our food until 435. 3 burgers, chicken strips and fries. Not too big of am order. Then the Mr acted like she did not speak English. The worst service ever. We will never go back.

Just went there to get some food and went through the drive thru. Made sure we had the right number of items and we did. Forgot to open box for the burgers and sure enough when we get home the order is wrong. Most disappointing thing when you’re hungry and expecting what you ordered and see it’s something else. Almost just threw it away I was so angry. Updated rewiew and rating is mainly for staff and quality control as far as ordering in drive thru. Food is stlll descent. Will update again later as long as I get the correct items…

I don’t like that they charge for using your debit card. The food is one of the best compared to other Lompoc fast food restaurants. Whenever I enter, the atmosphere is nice. Filled with televisions and 50s inspired pictures. Their fries are amazing and hamburgers are filling. Sometimes it seems like you’re not eating fast food!

Good place for a quick eat. Love the six dollar burgers because of the buns and the big carl. Also like the jalapeño bar for more jalapeño in my burgers. Also like the milkshakes.

The workers here really need some more training. Yes i understand it is a fast food resturant, but that doesnt mean the standard of customer service should be any less compared to anywhere else. The drive thru people hardly speak english, they repeat back 5 times and each time they repeat it back, they always change something about the order which makes it wrong. They dont give you their full attention at all, and always forget to either give you the sauce you ask for, the extra napkins, or even the right order of extra cheese or changing your fry selection. If we had another Carl’s in town, we would for sure go there, but since we live a block away and the only other ones are in Santa Maria, this one will have to do for now.
